Cash app stole money from my account.
We have to send this fake company to the court.

Cash App still hasn’t reactivated my account after it was closed falsely by them due to my transactions. This has been since July and no was a told “a team” would email me. Also I had $200 stolen from me and had the claim and banking error proof and they denied it.

Cash app seems to have lost my ID photos into their system and wont answer any questions about it after 3 weeks of asking. They have made me send it 4 times now and they lose it every time.

Dont trust them. I had to cancel all my IDs because I was scared of fraud. Their support does not seem to understand English so my IDs are probably getting sent around India or Russia where ever their support is done?

Stay away if you want to keep your money. Definitely don't give your ID to the support guy whose name starts with
"Y" and ends with "SY". I think he is doing the fraud there. He asked me to email him my Social Security Number.

They still didn’t give me my ape shares and a representative informed me that no one can help me. I lost all my ape shares with this company I advise everyone to get their money out asap

NEVER USE THIS GOD FORSAKEN APP! turn around right now. Send a check, carrier pigeon, tie two cans together with string. ANYTHING BUT CASH APP.

Me and my boyfriend recently got scammed from Facebook Marketplace listing

The scammers CashApp handles are: Robin Bonds $robinbonds66 and Tyrus $LAWLESSTY

called CashApp customer service they were no help as usual. They should honestly be shut down or have a nationwide class action lawsuit against them from all the money people have lost due to them not giving a damn.

CashApp customer service employee we called really had us believing we were going to get our refund within 2-3 business days.

Turns out they purposely left out that its up to the scammer/recipient to return your money back. Something I already knew. Of course we waited til August 1st as the utterly pointless “I got scammed” option told us, and the refund was declined (no surprise there)

I’m trying to dispute with my bank about the scam. Things are looking bleak and I’m honestly angry at myself, the friend who sent the listing in the first damn place, and my boyfriend for not really bothering to further pursue us getting that money back. Never trust CashApp. If I could give zero stars I honestly would.

Everyone using Cash-App be sure to NEVER USE THE REFUND OPTION! It will take up to 5days to receive the money.

The worst experience ever I was stranded out of town my daughter sent me money I never received and they gave me a transaction id number that's fake and said my case was denied they are liars

Cash App said I should have e checked them as they're just a money transfer service company. Tried claiming via visa. Nothing as firm was acting as a transfer company without security

I literally can’t get ahold of customer service to Save my life and when I get someone to message me back they say that I violated terms but won’t tell me what I did. I have never even used cash app. I need someone to please explain to me what in the world is going on?

Got scammed from TWO SELLERS on their platform (they told me cash app was the best & safest form of payment through the snifffr site … (turns out that was a lie .. “escrow” & “coins” are the safest way)…
Anyhow, they were not helpful at all in getting me a refund at all !! (The sellers probably just deleted their accounts & made new ones, on BOTH platforms) so no consumer protection from snifffr OR CASH.APP !!!

If anyone is using cash app for direct deposit need to be careful because I have been fighting with them since Jan 14, 2022 with on of my direct deposit that I still have not got. All they are doing os giving me the run around and telling me they need this info and they have it and still saying that I need to take these steps after I explain the issue which no one listen to me when I do. They just want to keep money. So I would watch out

I had $99 10 x come out of my acct on April 22,I tried notify them couldn't talk to anyone. So I texted them, it was pending on the other end and they still let it go thru. They keep saying the merchant I dealt with, no it wasn't anyone I dealt with, I'm not at fault u don't have to have a number to use it at times run has credit.I need my money!!point blank.If I have try to get attorney to get their name out I will I'm not only one who got hacked from so called nimo....

Cashapp allowed someone to rob my 78 year old mother who lives on a fixed in come of 1000.00. Now she may not be able to move into her 55 and over community at the end of the month. One customer service rep had her transferring money to me which did not work and after 4 hours he ended up hanging up on her. In the end they told her that it was basically her fault.
Then a news rail appears stating that an ex employee of cashapp is taking customers money. My mom needs help and it's hard paying my own bills working two jobs. What is she supposed to do now???

Cash App allowed a scammer posing as a representative for a streaming service use a FAKE QR code to steal my money for a yearly subscription x 2 and won’t do ANYTHING to help me get my money back!! I’m pressing Federal Wire Fraud charges so take THAT Cash App!!

Cash App is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I was cashing out in their app, and selected the standard option with no fee. Then a window pops up on my phone telling me about the Instant option with a fee of $10.58, in which I'll get my cash the same day. I didn't need the cash quickly, so I wanted to stay with the Standard which I had selected earlier. Then that pop up window vanishes and the next thing I know is that I've been switched to Instant option and paid a $10.58 fee. When I contacted the company, NUMEROUS times, their line is always busy. Their answer to my problem was always, "We're sorry, we can't refund you at this time." I was arguing with an agent on the phone and they hung up on me. I chatted with an agent online, and they ended the chat. This tricking people into Instant options is apparently the way they make their money. Do not do business with this app ever.

A family member CashApped me $. There was a mix-up because I had 2 CashApp accounts. Bottom line is the $ never reached me & CashApp is saying “there’s nothing [they] can do about it. Thanks for understanding.”-???!!!!
It’s straight-up criminal activity on their part. They actually stole our $ & won’t release it to us. DONT USE CASH APP!
