They are making up reasons why not to approve your withdrawal request. That's No.1. No. 2 you can only withdraw €1000 a day, €4000 a week, if you somehow manage to get paid. The communication is dreadful and promised them to trash them on every single review website and to report them to a Gambling Commission. Worst online casino I've ever played in my 13 years of online casinos
After being signed up with rocket casino for around 2 months, I have been experiencing inconsistencies with thier cash back for wagered losses. I have advanced through 6 tiers of thier loyalty program earning 1 point for every $150 wagered with a resulting total of 753 points (that's approximately $113,000 wagered without any bonuses). As for taking a profit from any of my sessions it's a %100 loss rate. Never being in profit after a session. Their RTP is definitely not what is says.
I have been in discussions with my vip manager regarding how the whole VIP program works. I am unable to get any clarification from the numerous emails we have exchanged. This leed me to 'actually' reading the terms and conditions...
Through doing this I cross referenced rocket casino with 2 other online casinos available in my area. Rocket casino is by far the worst performer in many areas such as daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits, with them being 1/4 of what is offered by thier competitors. Not to mention the way it reads is that rocket casino are able to make and change decisions regarding thier loyalty program amongst many other areas of thier terms and conditions.
There are so many better casinos online to choose from that actually value thier customers and policies.
I will be closing my account and taking my money somewhere else where atleast it doesn't feel like I am being scamed.

$1397 confiscated by rocketcasino for doing nothing wrong
I deposited $50 did not ask for bonus but got given extra $50 so I proceeded to play normally and got up a considerable amount about $1000 so I wanted to withdraw but couldn't because I need to wager a certain amount (fair enough) so I kept playing until I waggered enough to be able to withdraw I was really happy because a got up to $1397 so I requested to withdraw and got congratulated by the rocketcasino person I was talking to , the next day I get an email saying my winnings have been confiscated because I exceeded the max wagger amount during using bonus money which I never even wanted just like that took all my $1397 for doing something I wasn't even aware off I was absolutely devastated it was the worst feeling of being ripped of and cheated out of 1300$ it still hurts thinking about it so unfair

No Payouts Accepted (Visa/bank/crypto/Ewallet)
I Deposited $400 in 1 day and lost.
I managed to win $75 on a loyalty bonus ($75 is max cashout for “loyalty bonus” which is very low)…
I tried to withdrawal to my Visa card, and they declined it and said to use another payment method.
So I tried Ecopayz (Ewallet) and withdrawal was declined with no reason.
The Minimum cashout for bank transfer is $200!!?? That is ridiculous for a casino especially when the max win with a loyalty bonus is $75, I’m sure you can see where this is going?
So I was left with Crypto as a last ditch effort to withdraw my money, of course I hate using crypto to deposit and withdrawal but as a last ditch effort I thought I would try.
They said I needed to make a deposit with crypto to withdraw to one of the methods. So I attempted to deposit with Bitcoin/dogecoin/usdT/lite coin but all crypto methods have been blocked on my casinorocket account.
The live chat are not helpful, they keep saying they will send your issue to the relevant team who never get back to you.
As someone who was sceptical about gambling here to begin with I must say Do not play here. I have been gambling online for 6 years.
My bank also informed me that any company can withdrawal to your Visa card, and I know this is true as big sites like videoslots/party casino etc all pay to Visa cards.
All good websites allow people to withdraw to your bank for $10-20 minimum, not this casino with $200 minimum bank withdrawal.
And the only E-wallet they offer to withdrawal with is ecopays that does not work as they canceled it without reason.
All Crypto deposit options have clearly been blocked on my account, after they said to make a first deposit in crypto to withdraw your money to that method it won’t load for me.
I have no other options to withdraw my wagered “loyalty bonus”
