First time customer. Purchased a Belstaff coat on Boxing Day. I paid for next day delivery, which I didn’t expect, given the Christmas holiday. My coat arrived early on the morning of the 28th! Fantastic service. The coat came really well packaged and presented in a large, gift box. Great price, great coat, great packaging and great service.

I will definitely use this company again.

I have entered email address but no discount code provided. I have tried to contact the company about this, but they don’t reply!
I have had a reply in response to this, not sure how I reply to that but I entered my email address as asked, it said I would get 10%, not 5% as I had expected. Either way I have not been provided with no discount code at all.

I was attracted by the wide selection they had that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else online.

If I’m honest a few of the bad reviews put me off slightly but I’m so glad I decided to go with it.

After accidentally entering my wrong address when I ordered Sunday afternoon, casual basement replied to me within half an hour (on a Sunday out of hours) confirming they had amended my address and that the parcel would be sent 24h tracked the following day.

CP Company jacket just turned up and looks even better than advertised.

Would definitely recommend. Helpful, responsive customer service with prompt delivery and great clothing. 10/10.

i have been trying to order a xxl jacket for 3 months very frustrating to say the least i emailed casual basement on many occasions to enquire when its back in stock only to be told next week but guess what next week never comes and still no size xxl advertised showing sold out continously very frustrating to say the least ???

First time customer using Casual Basement. Very impressed! Ordered a pair of CP trousers just before 4pm on Friday, received next morning. I buy a lot of clothes from various companies, and I’ve got to say, the packaging from Casual Basement is first class. Came in a lovely box and trousers properly sealed in CP Company bag! This is an example of how your clothes should arrive. I could name other suppliers who don’t meet this standard when paying money for designer clothes. I will definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend this excellent company! Thanks again.
