Honestly, the easiest server move ever! Support are easy to get hold of. Everything works as it should, servers seem super quick.

I had all sorts of problems with my previous email hosting company who had the typical modern attitude of 'do it all online and don't bother us with non-standard queries'. Catalyst 2 were extremely helpful and considerate and I was delighted to use them. Subsequently the occasional query has been dealt with extremely sympathetically and professionally. Highest possible recommendation from me.

If you want quick and helpful support, Catalyst2 are the company for you. Whatever the query, they always seem to be there! (I'm starting to suspect they don't sleep).

Amazing service, reliable fast hosting, super competitive pricing, Catalyst2 are one of my favourite suppliers. Their support is world class which for me is exceptionally important, and they are incredibly helpful, sometimes when their hosting is not the issue.
I often get clients that want to self-host and I always recommend Catalyst2 as I know they won’t let the client or myself down.

I have used Catalyst 2 for years, gave many good reviews and now unfortunately feel greatly saddened by how success seems to have changed their business ethos and customer care.

Their customer service as regards technical issues remains outstanding. This I will agree with. Their support staff have always went out of their way to help. However their accounts department is quite frankly a disgrace. If you try to discontinue a service, they will refuse to respond to cancellation emails, then they will use your card details (which you have not consented to be kept on file for use) to renew the subscription! They will not apologise for this if you complain and you will need to go via your banks fraud department to try and get your money back. The first time this happened I did receive an apology. This time, when they did this a SECOND time in the space of 12 months, no apology and no offer of my money back.

Well the first time you illegally use someone's card to take money for a cancelled service, that can most certainly be a mistake. The second not so much. I will be making a complaint to the ICO and the office of fair trading.

Was looking for a host for client email accounts - test account didn't start off as well as I expected, but support was first class - even though the problem was not with Catalyst2. I'll certainly be continuing and growing our association.

I have been using catalyst 2 now for nearly 10 years.My questions are always answered by their amazing team. I have had 30+ websites hosted by them, the support is second to none. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have just transferred to catalyst2, The team have been really fast and helpful taking control of both ends of the process when needed. The emails are spam filtered and we are seeing a noticeable reduction is spam. Really good. Well done.

Catalyst are professional, well organised and extremely knowledgable. They will bend over backwards to give you an 'A' star experience. They have experts in multiple fields who have the ability to transfer their knowledge in a way you will understand. Overall i would not hesitate to recommend them for your IT needs.

just moved all my accounts (customers) from Gridhost to Catalyst2 now email / web hosting not my thing, I look after LAN / Server / Desktops / Wireless / Sage Line50 and many other application, but my web chap buggered off and left me hi & dry ; so we had an issue with Gridhost and they would not fix, after 5 months of complaints from my customers which reflects on my service, I decided to move away from Gridhost to a new hosting and I stumbled on Catalyst2, I checked them out read the reviews and decided to move over, now they not the cheapest as I found out, I took a basic package when I was asked how much disk space my old host used which was 180Mb but when I typed it in i missed a 0 (Zero) so I was sold the 20Mb package well no sooner had I started to move my client then I hit 60Mb 80Mb and had to pay for a custom hosting at £1xx.xx per month so not the cheapest, but to be honest I have tried the cheapest and that why I'm having to move. Now to say that I found it stressful and hard going is an understatement, my customer wanted to carry on working whilst I was changing servers (a bit like changing a tyre whilst still driving!!! I know you all seen the Advertisement and it can be done) but it not easy. Catalys2 support were there on hand every step of the way, sometime it got heated and I lost it.. customer ring up complaining, complaining and complaining yet I still had to do my normal daily work, rolling out Windows Server's or fixing a VPN, PC down etc.. you all know the score.. and these guys never once lost it with me, they were professional above and beyond, mistake were made on both side but fixed quickly, the initial fault has gone, my customer are happy my phone has gone from Chernobyl in melt down to Stonehenge "no irate customer ring me" All I have to do know is pay for it...
