As a small company providing software-as-a-service to a niche market, for many years we managed our own web server rented from a leading hosting company. With increasing threats from hackers leading to increasing infrastructure complexity it became clear that we needed professional web server management in order to protect our customers' data. That is something our then hosting company didn’t offer so, after much research, we moved to Catalyst2.

Boy, what a good move that was! The Catalyst2 guys provided all the support we needed to successfully migrate several complex sites and were unfailingly helpful, friendly and patient throughout. Ok, we are now paying a little bit more but in return we have the peace of mind of knowing that our server is correctly configured and hardened against attack. Plus we are making savings because we don’t waste our time figuring out how to do tricky web stuff – we just ask Catalyst2 and they do it in jiffy.

We have just migrated to Catalyst from an appalling service at Xtendnet. Catalyst were very responsive and competent helping with some tricky problems caused by our Xtendnet.

I'm a one man business and have limited tech know-how. I originally picked catalyst2 as they had ISO 27001 but have found their support service to be on equal value. Very helpful UK based team with excellent skills - like having your own in-house corporate Tech Dept.
