I have been using catalyst2 for several years now. I have always found their service to be reliable and any issues I encounter are always resolved more or less immediately in a friendly manner by their tech support. I find their pricing easy to understand and competitive. It all just works as it should do, so I have to give it little thought, which is what you want when you're busy running a business.

Excellent, professional customer service. I've just had need to contact support twice in as many weeks as a result of stupid errors on my part. The first time late on a Saturday evening, and tonight (Friday) well after office hours. As always, I was able to deal with a human imeediately and my problem was rectified without fuss and in double quick time - keep up the good work Catalyst2.

Great reliable service. A couple of occasions when I have needed to contact tech support I have found their people excellent to deal with and everything was sorted very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

This company has everything right and has really thought about the customer experience. They offer a hosting package that completely meets our needs at a competitive price. When we have needed help, we have used their excellent ticketing system and always had rapid response times. The technical team is competent, helpful and informative and have resolved issues quickly without drama. The accounts team is also helpful and gives excellent service. Great team, great service.

My needs are fairly minimal but, even as a minor customer, I've always had prompt, efficient and courteous help. The systems work well and the inevitable glitch remedied promptly. Couldn't ask for better.

Can't recommend enough.

I run a small hospitality business, and have needed support with various computing problems over the past 17 years. Advice has always been pitched at a level I can understand, and explanations cheerfully and accurately given.

More recently I haven't experienced any problems that have required the help of Catalyst2's support helpline. When I first started my business a year ago they were excellent in their help and support in helping me set up my business communications and taught me a great deal along the way. I wish all the suppliers/service providers I use were as helpful as the team at Catalyst2. I really cannot fault them and have recommended them to anyone I know who is looking for an excellent service provider.

Quick, efficent service, no matter what time of day or night, all at a reasonable cost.
Nothing is too much for these guys.

Would that all the businesses I deal with were of Catalyst2's calibre. I cannot fault them.

I've been with Catalyst2 since 2003 and cannot recommend them highly enough! There support is outstanding and you won't beat them for value for money.

I had no hesitation in adding my own 5* review for this company. There is little that I can say that has not been said already by other reviewers, but I will just add my own endorsement of truly superb technical support.

Catalyst 2 are the ONLY online company I have dealt with that have an excellent tech support service. I had a email server issue and it was sorted immediately. The very few times I have had to use tech support, they have always been so quick and efficient.

Had to move from TSO Host as they are no longer doing Managed VPS'.
So far I am very pleased to have done so as Catalyst have been excellent going the extra mile. They are slightly more expensive but have provided an extremely attentive service.

I was reluctant to leave a review as the wait for support and sales is almost immediate and dont want to spoil it by alerting too many others.
However they deserve to benefit from their personable, client centric attitude. Would recommend them to anyone, especially those with Moodle or Wordpress hosting issues with another hosting service. I'd have given 10 stars.

I have contacted the team at Catalyst2 on numerous occasions via the online text support service. I literally could not be more impressed and grateful for their speedy, friendly and successful resolutions to my issues - I'd be lost without them!

We transferred to Cataylst 2 because our previous server provider offered very little support and the customer service was terrible.

We couldn’t be further away from that with Catalyst 2, the guys are amazing and always happy and quick to help. They go above and beyond and do everything they can.

Would recommend them to anyone!
