catalyst 2 are soooo good!

Customer service is first rate. Very prompt response to queries and first rate at sorting issues. I researched a lot of hosting companies before switching to catalyst 2 and can honestly say it was the best move I made.

Just wanted to thank the catalyst2 team for being so efficient at getting me up and running again when I needed help setting up a new device. They responded immediately on webchat and sorted me out within minutes. I’m so grateful for such excellent customer service, I’ve been with these guys 3 years now and they really are the best for customer service. Other companies could learn a lot from them. They really care about their customers.

We moved from a lower priced hosting company to Catalyst2.
Whilst a higher price it has proven WAY more cheaper,we wasted many hours with our previous supplier, but now we get great support, clear answers and suggestions for improvement etc

I recently transferred my micro business, a couple of domain names and associated emails to Catalyst2. I would absolutely recommend them. Truly exceptional, speedy service and a thoroughly professional approach. Lots of problem solving required because of various legacy issues which they stayed with until they were resolved.

Been using for a few years now for domain hosting and email. Pre & Post Sales support is great with access via chat always very easy to get through and whoever is responding always seems to have the knowledge, will and ability to deal with the query or problem. No passing around between departments or being told someone will get back to you. Just nice easy people to deal with!

I've been with catalyst2 for many years (2005 ish) and on the rare occasions I've had to contact them I've always been impressed at the quick and friendly response from the team there. Last year they patiently guided me through migrating a wordpress site to them saving me money in the process as their rates are very competative. I've just had a minor billing issue resolved in seconds. Throughly recommended!

I have been with a “well respected award winning hosting service” for 15 years. I rate their support and advice as 2, hosting cost 3 but it was a lifetime one off payment. Then I stumbled on Catalyst2, initial contact was fast and good advice received. Setting up my mail accounts was very easy, I have a domain registered with another service and it was no problem leaving that there. A problem arose and within 1 hour this had been fixed, even better was a follow up mail asking if all was going well. Very good customer support. Hosting cost is excellent for what I need. No pressure to have your domain registered with Catalyst was a great advantage for me. Excellent so far, have and will recommend to others.
