Cheapest supplier, but at the cost of customer service
Pros: £50 cheaper than nearest competitor. Quick delivery.
Cons: was told incorrect part initially which we queried but no one got back to us, we had to check with supplier to identify correct part before ordering. Poorly packaged so box arrived damaged and mechanic had issues fitting as a result.
Overall: Poor service when you’re spending nearly £500. Don’t think we’ll use again.

Honda CR-V DPF
I ordered a DPF and paid extra for urgent delivery. The item arrived a day late and was covered in rust on the flanges. The main dealer also had issues fitting it as it wasn’t a good replacement fit. So cost me extra.
I complained and did get the delivery charge refunded but no real apology for the poor quality of this £480 part. Pay more and get it from another supplier is my advice.

I looked up products on eBay and checked with Cats2u, by phoning, that it would fit and come with fitting kit. I was emailed with a link by Caitlin, who was business like and friendly, to order the exact item. UPS sent tracking link, but delivery was due for next day. I can track my order via SMS and will see tomorrow how the process ends.
