Very easy and informative

I would like to share my initial experience with Cavendish Life Insurance when making my first registration. I was assisted by an excellent employee on the phone, Jacob, who was very attentive and respectful in all the information he provided me. He is very professional. This is the first time I have used their services and I recommend them.

I have had no contact or communication with the insurance company that I got through your website, so I got nothing for the money I paid

I had no idea how to go about obtaining insurance for a gift inter vivos. Harry skillfully guided me through the process which included a detailed health questionnaire. The premium is affordable and I feel relieved that if I were to die, the inheritance tax my children would need to pay would be covered through a trust arrangements

I used Cavendish Online to set up my life insurance and critical illness cover 2 years ago on recommendation from mse. I was offered a review and due to changed circumstances took them up on it. Excellent help with life insurance. Broke down the cover clearly making it easy to understand. Provided quotes on email and called back at the arranged times to discuss further. No pressure put on to make a decision. Exactly what I wanted from a broker.

I spoke to one of the guys in this company,he was upgrading my Insurance. He spoke very quickly. I asked him to slow down, so that I can process the information. He was very rude and very common. He ended up slamming the phone down on me, and not sending me the details for my Policy. I could not believe how rude they are. That’s unprofessional hanging up on a customer’s . I can see it in your reviews. You’ve done it many of times. Your staff need to be trained attitudes need to change and the guy who put the phone down on me needs to use the softly softly approach.
