Dress not suitable but could not return as company would not reply to my emails regarding policy for returns. Emailed at least 6 times but still no reply.

Omg this company is a scam. I ordered a white linen dress in return I got a horrible polyester thing. I wouldn’t even call it a dress. I should have read the reviews before ordering. You get sucked into the world of advertising beautiful dresses. I have emailed them three times they don’t respond nor do they want to. I am going have to resort to the bank to retrieve a refund. DONT BUY. you will regret it.

Sadly I’ve now leant to check out reviews more thoroughly before ordering!
Totally different pictures of what I saw on line & what i eventually received !
How they can do this is beyond me ! Quality awful , stitching coming undone .. stitching round buttons dreadful .
Please avoid !

The blouses were not as expected. Very large and poor quality. It’s proving impossible to return them.

Do not buy from this company. Quality of the dress I ordered was disappointing. Multiple attempts to return the item with no luck. I’m having to resort to my bank to retrieve the money

This is the 4th time this has happened to me now... are there any trading standards advice to help

The item i received was not as advertised.....stated linen blouse received viscose.....picture shows black trim on sleeves and orange lining.received item was vaguelylike advertisement.....reported to the company their response se was send back to China and pay postage for full refund whilst package stated uk address,,,,,yet another scam and obviously returning to China is a deterrent from returning item. I am still in contact with company and await their response....ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY BE WARE XXX

Long delivery time. Very thin fabric, not what I was expecting from the advert for this blouse. Will never use this company again.

I am still being charged despite my refusal and their product is useless . I have tried to send it back but their is no valid address.

I have tried to cancel and have been ignored. They keep sending me unwanted product and taking money from me. I am considering legal action.

This company keeps sending me and charging me for the BERBERINE Drops.
It’s costing too much and they don’t seem to care or understand that I DO NOT WANT THEM. I need an address to write to them and I need to report them too

I got my item after a long wait but it was much poorer quality than described and it said I shouldn’t send it back to the address shown but should email them for return instructions - no reply! They say returns have to be sent within 15 days - will they reply before this time period has elapsed ? Who knows!

Total scam I ordered 2 months ago and nothing has arrived ! Wasted £70 never seeing that again ! E mailed and nothing! DONT BUY FROM CAVORA. I’m sure they will return under another name don’t be fooled!

This is an appalling company taking money off someone’s ill health. An absolute disgrace to treat people the way I was treated. Avoid them Avoid Avoid

Advertised on Facebook. Found the website and placed an order so didn't think it would be a scam.

Turns out I was wrong. They don't reply to emails and the tracking email won't allow you past the robot-blocker.

Avoid.

UPDATE: Trainers arrived. Still no contact whatsoever with seller. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars.

No idea if product is fake or genuine. Took my chance but won't do it again.

I bought a pair of adidas trainers and after an original invoice no response or updates received .. and I did chase.
Today I received a delivery from Evri and all my concerns confirmed … fake product / not leather / poor quality

Didn't realise I had subscribed to a monthly repeat order The order confirmation email arrived, I immediately tried to cancel. The customer service team willfully misunderstood 3 emails and sent out the order the following day. It's now sitting outside a house I moved out of yesterday.
Don't buy from cavora they are very rude with a smug smile.
