Emilia Lane dealt with my case and was "super efficient" right through the process, explaining what needed to be done and drafting all the paperwork required. She handled the application very efficiently. The initial ruling of the court was to classify the application as "an attempt at credit washing", but Emilia was having none of that. She went on to follow the appeal process. This normally requires a court hearing, but the appeal she presented to the courts was so good and meritorious that a judge set the ruling aside without the need for a hearing.

I initially spoke to James. He explained the process right from the start and was really lovely and supportive. I liked that he wasn’t pushing me to make a decision, and gave me some time to think things through. I was then passed onto Emilia who handled my case. It was a pleasure working with her. She was extremely detailed and thorough and I felt like she truly cared about removing my CCJ. She kept me up to date the whole time.
