I was initially skeptical about using a company I have never used before but after speaking to Emilia who was my assigned paralegal she put my mind at ease and explained the whole process to me. I really can't fault CCJ Removal Services, I was sceptical at first, it's a big cost and they can't guarantee results of course as it's case by case, but the service and results I have received have been nothing short of excellent.

From the beginning my initial enquiry was responded to immediately, and whilst I made up my mind the team remained in contact but were not pushy.

Once I'd decided to progress I was given a clear outline of the process, how long it would take, and a view on the likelihood of success before the first payment.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. I paid over 2 k for a ccj to be removed the person working for this company nick tumelty sent email saying ccj was being removed on 25 th may. Next thing ccj removal contact me saying that nick as left company and ccj is still on there. I have all emails and messages also contacted national paralegals who have explained that people working for this company are not even registered. I will be making a claim against them regardless if nick as left he worked for this company and its their responsibility ive been misled lost 2 k for a service that they didn't provide. So please do your research on this company and don't part with any money for false misrepresentation they give. Then they report you to trust pilot as they don't like being exposed
