I'm still waiting for my equipment
I'm still waiting for my equipment, I paid for next working day and even selected to collect it from a collection point to ensure I didn't miss the delivery because you know how reliable these dodging delivery company's are. It's now 5 days and I'm still waiting. No doubt CCTV Direct got the equipment out on time but their chosen delivery firm have alot to answer for.
I'm going to cancel the order as it's already cost me over a grand in lost earnings waiting for the equipment.
The only way these company's are going to realise that this kinda rubbish is not appropriate is if we stop using them.
I'm going to a local supplier, paying more but it's not going to cost me in lost earnings waiting on their chosen delivery service. My advice, if you want to take your chances with DHL, I'm going to support my local business and long off relying on anyone else!!
Update!!
I was contacted by CCTV Direct after leaving this review and they where very helpful. I still canceled the order, not because of CCTV Direct but due to the unreliable nature of the delivery firm.
They didn't question my reasons and where very understanding and gave me a refund no questions asked.
I'm just sorry DHL have caused bad reviews

Great service support
Although my initial order was incorrect the staff were great in resolving the issue, they immediately sent out the correct order which I received the following day and collected the wrong order from my house. Very good customer service.

Superb service both online and over the phone
Online support was great finding the product we required, great support the next day promptly phoning to let me know the product was out of stock and recommended an alternative for the same price, received the item quickly even with the easter bank holidays to contend with, all fitted and working great.
