I Appreciate Delivery

I appreciate delivery, I was a little worried on the delay. Everyone from our company has this worry.
It was our first purchase from you guys, you need to update your customers about delay or production time frame.
We have all received, good quality and this is expensive from other sellers.

I had ordered an amor x32 8gb 256gb in the end of June
To wait for the ordered to be shipped
Wait 3 weeks and still no order fulfilled , then get told that I they have ordered my phone
So I wait for me to get nothing back and now I have paid for the phone and it's been month and a half
Then I also for a full refund of my order
Get told they will do it the next morning for that afternoon
Nothing gets done

So still wait
Then get told they not refunding the money they sending my order
So I send a pic of my order with what I ordered
They say yes that's what they sending
It gets here almost 3 months later
And when I received the order of my phone
The phone was a 128gb phone
Which is not what I order
So left it seen as I needed a phone asap
Then get told to remove my review or change it
I say I'm going to add to it cause this is not the phone I ordered
Very long story short
This company seems very good yes but dnt need to take my word for it
You will not be happy with the customer service from cenava and the staff
My apologies but if there was a half star I would rate them that

Absolute poor service and they don't see to care about customer service.
Made purchase via Layby and sent through payment and no response have to chase them in order just to get any response... and seems to behave more like an online **** or something. Calling there numbers and to be greeted by half asleep or rude contact person and told of unmentioned cancellation fees not outline in their terms and conditions. My two cent advise stay away from this organisation might be a ****.

As per your response that my product was delivered. I received someone elses order. It was not the phone that I ordered nor the phone that I want. I contacted you and said you must arrange for pick up of the phone when my actual order is delivered, which up until today dit not happen and I did not get a response from Cenava. I am now sitting with a phone I do not use because it is too big and not the phone that I wanted and ordered.

As per your latest reply, I told you I will not let the phone that was delivered to me be picked up unless I receive my correct order. I've been struggeling and fighting for over a month to receive my order. You did not communicate and the few times that you did you were lying. I was on my way to make a fraud case when you suddenly delivered another clients order to me. So as per your reply, I WILL NOT wait another month or more and listen to your empty promises and lies and maybe never receive my initial order. As I said you can pick up the wrong order when you deliver my correct order. I will not send it back before my order arrived,because then I'm going to struggle and fight again to receive my order. If I wanted the phone you've sent me, I would have ordered it. I do not care if it's worth more, I do not want it, I want the phone that I ordered!!!!!

As per our return policy, which is clearly communicated at the time of purchase, all returns require that the device be received back at our facility for inspection. This is a necessary step to verify the condition of the product and to process any exchanges or refunds accordingly.

Once you informed us of the incorrect delivery, we promptly requested The Courier Guy to arrange a collection of the device from your address. Unfortunately, we have been informed that you declined to hand over the device to the courier upon their visit. Without receipt of the device, we are unable to proceed with the inspection and any subsequent resolution.

We also wish to bring to your attention that the device you currently possess is of a higher value than the original item you ordered and paid for. This underscores the importance of returning the incorrect device so that we may rectify this situation appropriately.

We kindly urge you to cooperate with the courier service to ensure that the device is collected at the earliest convenience, so we can expedite the process of delivering the correct phone you originally ordered.

Please let us know if you require any assistance in coordinating the return.

Cenava is straight out thieves I placed…

Cenava is straight out thieves I placed my order and there were a bunch of excuses. Then they don't answer your phone calls and down the line I was Scammed out of R 15 k and still no product so be warned DONT BUY FROM CENAVA.

They never deliver. There is no stock.

Cenava lied about having local stock of a phone I was interested in. After payment, they went silent and did not give updates of the order for days. Calls went unanswered until I threatened over email to get refund. They then lied three times about delivery date. I eventually demanded refund. They threatened to take 20% of payment as holding fee. I had to do charge back with my bank to get full refund. Please avoid this business, no matter how attractive their product prices look.
