We appreciate your feedback and regret that the price quoted was too expensive. We continuously review our insurer panel to obtain competitive cover and rates and apologize if we were not competitive on this occasion.
Motor renewal handled efficiently and in a very friendly manner
Motor renewal documents all came through with plenty of time to review and renew. Renewal process was handled in a very friendly and efficient manner by Bailey and new documents were produced within minutes of renewal. So, things could not have gone more smoothly.

After being a client for 4 years with…
After being a client for 4 years with Clegg Gifford, We were glad to leave as the communication had become really poor, difficult to add vehicles to fleet, email response very slow, to add a vehicle it would take a number of days or sometimes weeks to correct fleet adjustments, constant change of fleet managers, since the changes have been made by Clegg Gifford everything seems to have gone downhill.

dodgy company
dodgy company. We have insuracenc with these company and cannot add to MID as says have to change to V5 to company director name to add in MID and how I suppose to add V5 to director name for all 100 cars?. The DVLA clearly says, it suppose to be in trade until sell to customer. paid 5k per year for insurace and no service what paid for. Taking them to FCA for further

Luxus
The vehicle, a Luxus 300H was damaged in the possession of your insured IPARK Ltd at a location known as Best Western Skylane Hotel 34 Bonehurst Road Horley Surrey RH6 9QF. We were in contract with IPARK LTD to provide meet and greet services ( Contract SPD-1-601277) collecting and returning the car to Gatwick North terminal. We understand the policy number is P-MTP00328239/18 with Tradex, CG insurance acting as broker. The car was returned damaged and apparently uninsured in their possession, why is CG not taking responsibility, or assisting in recovery of the costs to return home and repair car. These 2 companies should be reviewed and struck off by trading standards.

Been with them for the last 2 years and had no issues but came time to renew the policy and they quoted £1,500 more than the previous year. Awful to even get in touch with as I was waiting on the phone for over 30 mins to even speak to someone. Sent my business elsewhere
