Very professional with a human touch. We have had an excellent experience in selling our house through the Team at Chalk Street. The Team Members - Jack, Faye, Grace, Ben and everyone in sales have all been fantastic. They have always been available to answer any questions and have been brilliant in progressing the sale of our house. We have been kept fully informed of potential buyers and the Team gave us feedback from these viewings. All the Team Members have been really friendly and answered any questions we raised.

This has not by any means been a straightforward Sale and Purchase. You will understand what I mean when I tell you it has taken over 12 months to secure an exchange on my sale ( my Buyer had to wait patiently!} and over 8 months to secure an exchange on my Purchase, where I completely lost the plot with my Sellers Solicitor who was everything but Proactive, Transparent, Communicative or available . This even included the Sellers own Estate Agents who recommended the Solicitor !!
Mandy not only had to put up with me but she also did everything possible during this whole period to keep my Buyer up to speed as well as pacify him. She did everything and a lot more to ensure that the whole chain kept on top of matters and constantly pushed all parties estate agents and other personnel so as to avoid further unnecessary delays. As other reviewers have mentioned Mandy's dedication, efficiency, and professionalism ultimately helped to ensure we achieved exchange today ! I/we have instructed a few Letting Agents over the years and therefore, I/we have experienced various levels of customer service, I/we have had different processes to follow, and different timelines in getting from A to B.

Chalk Street Estates have been an absolute pleasure to work alongside in securing our latest LET.
