From the first valuation meeting they have kept their promise of 1st class service- they have kept their word and provided me with excellent customer service. From arranging viewings at my convenience-vetting prospective purchasers- keeping everything moving - providing invaluable updates -chasing solicitors etc until exchange and completion.
All staff are efficient and polite and are a pleasure to deal with.

Stand out member of staff for me is Mandy Bootle, senior sales progressor who - without her persistence and knowledge I believe my sale would have failed. I am so grateful for her dedication and continued hard work.

I have been very impressed with the service I have received from Chalk Street Estates in Hornchurch, Essex. In November 2024 they arranged several viewings for me on one day. This was my very first day of welcoming potential buyers into my home and I was very pleased that it resulted in an offer which I was happy to accept.

Chalk Street handled the sale of my mothers property. I can't pay any higher compliment than they were utterly professional, proactive and available from start to finish. Whoever dealt with me through the process I felt like they knew the details of the sale inside out but special mention to Mandy Bootle and Ben Leary who were just fantastic. There were hurdles to clear along the way and the sensitivity of my Mum's situation meant that we needed a quick turnaround, I honestly do not think would have been possible without the Chalk Street team. I recently brought a Property with Chalk Street after my last one fell through with a different Estate Agents. On comparing the 2 Chalk Street were always clear in what needed to be done next and always returned the call when leaving a message. I am currently purchasing through Chalk Street and have been impressed by the company. I have dealt mainly with Faye, who has been a great. She is always on the ball, quick to respond with updates, keeps me in the loop and has a direct approach and cuts straight to the point without any nonsense.
The company works off set fees rather than %, so you feel they are working harder for their money with smaller margins of profits made per sale. I would recommend both Faye and the company in general based on interactions to date.
