I sell a product often bought by businesses requiring a VAT invoice. I searched all over for a platform that could automatically send invoices to my customers after each purchase. I finally found Orderhub and it does a great job. I've had great ratings since setting it up. Customers are really please to get a VAT invoice sent to them automatically. I'm really pleased I don't have to do it manually!

It is all very easy to use and when I've needed help the chat messages are great and a real time saver.

Such great software so easy to use and such a great time saving bit of kit ........... only wish id signed up sooner!!!!

Been using OrderHub for a few months now, we have had the odd issue but they were very helpful and quick to resolve the problems. The amount of time you save processing your orders and automatically sending your customers Vat Invoice makes it a worth while investment

Channel Grabber is the only program I would suggest to anyone selling on more than one platform, it is really easy to use, so simple to list products on multi platforms at the same time not only does it save a hell of a lot of time by listing on channel grabber, it has your template already on there so no need to keep copying html code into listings, to make a listing on CG takes around 2 minutes to list a item once that first one is listed it takes around 20 seconds to make another in the same format.

all the staff are really help full and do go the extra mile to help in any way they can I have not found them something that they cannot do, I had a major problem changing from one account to a new account on amazon, and WOW Clare Cormican what a star! saved me days of listings and had all my listings activate in the space of an hour, I was back selling to my normal rate which if I had done it manual would of took me weeks to get back to where I needed to be.

There is so much on channel grabber from printing labels/invoices/Repricer/stock management/integrated label with invoices, it is just one tick to select all and print everything comes off at the same time. It is so simple and easy to use it really is worth it.

I've had a really pleasant experience with these guys. We have thousands of skus on several platforms and we are really happy.

The team hand hold you through the process of listing and deal well with any issues.

Real humans and helpful technical team. Will go the extra mile for you.

No issues that couldn't be resolved; the platform is being developed continually. These are a good company to work with and I recommend them to anyone who is looking to move into channel sales.

Channel Grabber have enabled me not only to sell online, but increase my available market and bring them together in one easy to use platform.
Once the systems are learnt its easy to design your own invoices.
The customer service response is very quick, and can be done by telephone or email.
The home page delivers a useful snapshot of all activity and daily sales.

We have been using this software for more than a year now, over this time many new features have been added.

The time it saves is worth ever penny.

It's a pleasure to use everyday.

The new Royal Mail integration is a one click dispatch button.

ChannelGrabber allow the user to manage all of their ecommerce accounts from the one dashboard. At a glance you can see what the combined sales are and you can easily compare sales from the different platforms (eBay, amazon etc).

Preparing and dispatching orders is made easy as all orders are seen on the orders dashboard and you can sort them by 'new' orders so none get overlooked. One uniform invoice template can be set up for all orders (eBay, Amazon, BigCommerce etc) -- Very nice feature.

We also really appreciate the Kashflow accountancy module. Every single order is exported as an invoice from ChannelGrabber to Kashflow -- this saves us a lot of time and really reduces bookkeeping fees.

Provided you use the same SKU on all platforms ChannelGrabber allows you to keep a close eye on your inventory.

Training and support from ChannelGrabber is excellent -- fast response times and knowledgable staff.

We settled on ChannelGrabber after checking out some reviews and they didn't disappoint.

They were really helpful getting us set up. We haven't tried any of the alternatives but I'd be surprised if any of them offered such good customer service. We sell a very large range of products and without this it would have been almost impossible to manage our stock across platforms. The software itself is fairly easy to learn and works better than we expected. We thought we'd have a few issues making the transition but there really weren't any, it just works.

We tested most of the competition before settling on Channelgrabber, our business needs a slick listing mechanism as we have new products coming all the time. Whilst others managed inventory well, listing functionality was often poor or clunky.

There has been the odd issue but support has varied from good to outstanding. We tried Linnworks, Veeqo and a couple of others and we have definitely made the right decision. There are a few ongoing small niggles but the support team are keen to listen.

I can't say I haven't had some major problems importing all my items into OrderHub as I have, however what I can honestly say is that the guys have bent over backwards getting all my issues resolved. They are helpful on the online chat and email and are very friendly on the phone.

It is the little things that make me smile with OrderHub. When I log on I get some funny little sayings at the loading screen about bribing Amazon with donuts which means I can spend the morning packing my parcels with a smile on my face.

I was unsure if this would be of any help when I first trialed it but it has made life a lot easier. I only need to look in one place now and know that my stock levels across my EKM Powershop, eBay and Amazon are all correct. I would recommend taking the 30 day trial and see how it can change your mind.

Easy to use - just go for it

Initially I heard mixed reviews about Channelgrabber and thought sod it let's give it a shot, these guys haven't let us down, yes some glitches here and there, but you know what they are there to help and they go beyond their duties, it feels like we have had our hand held by them all the way, anytime I call support they are responsive and get the job done. Zoe, Michael, Daniel, Oliver, Phil, if I have missed any one out I'm sorry, but you guys have been superb. Look forward to working with you for years to come.

If you sell on marketplaces ChannelGrabber is a must.
