Ik had 2 producten besteld en eentje die ik ontvangen had was verkeerd geleverd. Ik heb direct contact opgenomen en 3 dagen later ontving ik het product wat ik besteld had. Ik mocht het verkeerd geleverde product houden. Super goede klantenservice en snelle levering!

Prijzige webshop / je moet lang wachten voor je pakketje
Ik heb vrijdag 30 maart een bestelling gedaan,1 spf wat mij €33,90 heeft gekost inclusief verzendkosten. Wat ik best wel prijzig vindt voor maar 1 spf. Verder moest ik 5 dagen wachten voor mijn pakketje wat ik ook wel iets te lang vindt voor die prijs die ik heb betaald.
