The products came really fast and I appreciate that. I’m looking forward to order again.

I have been using and experiencing the products for a couple of months now and I am very please with how well they have improved my skin and its issues. I am especially liking the Rice Water Toner and the Glow Serum. Next time I am thinking of also adding a blemish and spot treatment in my cart to complete my regime. However, I am somewhat disappointed when it came to the delivery time and service. It took a month for my order to arrive to me (ordered from Cyprus). Fast-track courier is not really available for countries other than the Netherlands, Germany, and the close other neighboring countries, no matter the total value order. Due to many complications, many delays could happen. I did bring up this issue with Chantal and they were extremely understanding and polite, as well as reassuring that they are working on the issue to cooperate with other delivery options for countries further away in the EU. The staff was extremely helpful on the matter. I will be repurchasing my favorite sunscreen soon with a few more items. Thanks again!

Een goede website met goede en uitgebreide informatie erop over gezichtsverzorging. Daarnaast hebben goede klantvriendelijkheid en willen ze je graag helpen met vragen. Qua producten is het ook goed. Ik heb de producten 2 weken geleden gekochten en ik zag gelijk al verandering. Ik kom zeker terug!

De pimple pachtes werken goed en halen veel weg na één keer gebruiken. Het aantal is genoeg maar gaat niet heel lang mee.
