Amazing and beautiful diffuser!! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

A day before yesterday I received my first order from Charabanc Aroma and I must admit that it is the best thing I’ve ever had in my life. The beauty of its simplicity makes it so exquisite the best type of diffuser perfectly designed and it is suitable for home and even offices.

So hats off to the creativity and a must have with their signature aromatic oils.

Wonderful products from a company that really cares about its customers. I have ordered several diffusers and many of the oils. There have been a few hiccups in shipping, which is not uncommon in this day and age, but the difference with this company is they corrected it immediately. They’re very responsive to any comments or questions you may have.

I absolutely love their oils. Darjeeling Winds is an incredible scent. I can’t get enough of it. The one thing I’ve noticed about their oil blends is that it does not irritate my sinuses or throat while it’s diffusing. I’m very sensitive to different smells, but I like my home to smell good. I am happy to find this company.

Now on to the diffusers. I have both the ones with and without the lights as well as the built-in batteries and without the built-in batteries. All work very well. I have to say I prefer the built-in batteries as I can move the diffuser around and not have to worry about a plug. I think having the light on there creates a nice ambience.

The diffusers are the first thing I turn on in the morning, and the last thing I turn off at night. I like that they are two hour timer where they will shut off automatically. This is good because I have left the house and forgotten to turn off my diffusers. I don’t have to worry because they will turn off after two hours or before if the oil runs out. Super safe system!

I can’t say it enough good things about this company or this product. Please give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve had my eye on this diffuser for months and finally got my hands on it. I have to say it’s the best diffuser I’ve ever had. Looks incredible, the oils are beautiful and really do last. I was so surprised at how effective the diffuser is and how a little oil goes such a long way. Nothing like when you have water and have to keep topping it up. The rose oil is just divine. I wish I’d ordered the winds of Darjeeling as everyone is raving about it. I got the model with a built in battery so I could move it around the house and take it into the bathroom etc. just get it, don’t hesitate,, you can thank me later.

Really fast shipping and great customer service. My bottle got clogged after I used my own essential oil, and they explained how to adjust the blend so it would work better. Still, I ended up going with Charabanc’s oils — tried all the scents and I’m honestly obsessed with No.24 and No.29. They're amazing.

I noticed this product on my feed and found it to be a luxurious item, so I purchased one for myself and received it on May 6th. I was excited to use it, but I observed that the mist emanating from the glass was not as advertised. Unfortunately, it stopped working after a few minutes and has not functioned since. I have been attempting to contact customer service, but I have been unable to find their contact information. Further research revealed that there are two companies operating under this brand: Charabanc Aroma and Charabanc.com. I discovered that Charabanc Aroma is a duplicate entity, falsely using a UK address while actually being based in China. I am experiencing frustration in trying to get this item to work. I would like to caution others not to be deceived by Charabanc Aroma, as it appears to be counterfeit.

I am in love with my Charabanc diffuser. In fact, I loved it so much I purchased 5 more to give as Work appreciation gifts for my work team. They absolutely loved them. The responsiveness and shipping is excellent. In fact, one of my mini diffuser was not working, and Charabanc sent me a replacement.

Words can't explain how wonderful this diffuser is. I got the one with built-in light. The wood gives it a luxurious look and the oils smell heavenly. I got three oils and at the moment I'm on Santal. The smell is subtle but permeates every room and lingers even after it's switched off. No more moisture on the furniture like with a water diffuser. Packaging was excellent and every part was received intact. 200% recommend.

Beware! Chinese counterfeit scammers!
Rip off of the real charabanc.com who I thought I was buying a home diffuser from. And a dreadful cheap scent. You buy this product and you are helping dodgy counterfeiters.

In response to your faux response and your claim to be operating legally in the UK - I have just looked you up and can see that Brittanic Spectrum’s registered office since 2024 is some shuttered building, as has been commented elsewhere, with an astonishing 83,323(!) companies registered to it, and Charabanc Aroma only just registered with another virtual address that houses over 5000 businesses. Very suspect.

Both companies are registered in the name of two Chinese nationals who reside in China. My parcel was also shipped from Guondong, China so forgive me for suggesting you are a Chinese company. Nothing wrong with this of course, unless the business is shady. And I would say the evidence is there for everyone to see that there is nothing remotely British about your brand or product so why are you claiming otherwise? That's not just suspect it amounts to false representation.

You may think it legitimate because you were able to buy a number of companies with a virtual address but I also looked up the trademark you say you legitimately trade under and the only trademark there belongs to the original Charabanc brand, so you are clearly trading illegitimately and dishonestly on the back of their brand, as evidenced also by your sponsored ads on Google which is where I unfortunately found you. It was only upon receipt of the product that the alarm bells rang because it is so laughably poor for the price you charge (as others have commented).

NB: I only leave reviews when businesses have scant regard for their customers or try and rip people off. Thankfully most businesses don’t, unlike yours.
So buyer beware.

Shipment arrived very quick, well packed but unfortunately not working. I contacted customer service and after couple of tests and video they sent another base. It's the best aroma diffuser we have. Thank you

Had a problem with a diffuser not operating correctly and after trying the cleaning process as described on the website no improvement. Diffuser glass replaced by Charabanc with no issue, excellent customer service
