I last experience from another store is not good as they sent me wrong product. This time I'm happy with my online shopping, Have very nice experince on product quality, and shipping services. Every thing went perfect from start to end . Highly recommended Charles Harringtone to those who wants great quality products.

I was wanted to give my girlfreind some beautiful gifts on her birthday, While scrolling through an online store, I came across Charles Harringtone,I ordered the Asymmetric Pant Set . The delivery was fast and package arrived on time . My girl friend was happy to see beautiful pants. I recommended this website for its fast service and quality of the product.

The website is easy to used and clean . The product deatails were clear and helpful . My order of Two piece set arrived on time . The set is same as discussed in description. I would shop again from here.

Not what it seems. Badged as a very British company, selling fakes! Jumper I ordered was an absolute fake, and wasn’t cheap either! Photo in advert was showing the genuine product. Item arrived and was shiny fabric, thin with no interior care labels. Customer service was dreadful, I had to pay £12 to ship to china to get a refund. I have sent it to trading standards instead. Please avoid!

Bought a waterproof jacket for my son for £68-75 online thinking this company Charles Harrington was British think again the goods are from China and the Co is in America. The coat arrived in 21days after they said it was 6days it was for my sons birthday they appologisedand said it was late in shipping. When in eventually arrived I was appauled it was so creased too small the colour was a washed out navy instead of black which I ordered. I sent them pictures of the coat they replied with the offer of 15% refund and keep this rag of a coat or pay myself to send it back to CHINA .I sm 82yrs old and accepted the 15%refund and give the coat to charity will have to try to iron out the creases first a lesson for me well learned do homework before you purchase dont have anything to do with this company

This is my first experince to buy from any online store, I ordered Cotton Jumpsuit , This actually very breathable and comfortable .I love to buy again from Charles Harrington. Good service and Product overall.

I ordered Floral Maxi Dress from other website on that time quality of fabric was cheap ,so when I ordered from your website i was not expecting such a good quality. The stiching is neat and fabric is cool. I am pleased with my purchase.

The item I received was the worst quality product I have ever purchased.
The item description on the website does not match the item received.
Make sure you read the returns policy as it will cost you more to return the item than the product itself and the company only offer a partial refund to keep the item.
AVOID!

Ordered a cashmere sweater in 2xl. The item wouldn't fit a child and is clearly made of recycled plastic. This company is based in China and if you want to return it costs a fortune.
They should have the site removed from the internet. It is a fraud.

Poor quality jacket that was way to small to return you have have pay the postage to China. Don’t buy from them the name sounds like an English firm they are not .

Do not but anything from this company. I bought a pair of short the picture was identical to the shorts I already have but when they eventually arrived poor quality material and nothing like the advertised picture. Chinese scam company looking like a London company.

Temu products at high Street prices!! Do not use this company!!! It is a con they are posing as a English bespoke company and shipping products in from temp at premium prices then refuse to give a refund! I have had to report to my bank as fraud to get my money back

Poor quality, goods dammaged and all labels had been cut off. Obviously scammers.

Nasty and cheap items and look nothing like the photos. Ordered from the UK, they stated it was a UK site, which is a complete lie; its the same old cheap, nasty Chinese tat. To return, you have to send to China.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would have given it. I ordered a cardigan which on arrival looked nothing like the advertising. Horrible cheap fabric and it is so badly made it is already unravelling around the buttonholes. According to their customer services, it is meant to be like that! Stupidly I had not realised this English sounding company sends its products from China and the customer has to bear the cost of returns. It will probably cost as much as the initial outlay to send back. I feel utterly scammed. Please don't fall for this.

Completely false advertising. The product/cardigan I ordered is nothing at all like the image they were selling. It was cheap and faux printed. They are marketing on the basis that it is British but the website says based in America but actually your products are being dispatched from China. No wonder it takes ages to arrive.
I wouldn’t bother with communication - you’ll get nothing back.

This company in my experience does not even deserve one star! I ordered 2 pairs of orthopaedic sandals from them which weren’t suitable and quite frankly not worth the money. It states on their website that returns are accepted but before an item can be returned it has to be agreed upon and returned within 30 days. There will not be a refund without an agreement/authorisation. I have sent three email and not one has been responded to or acknowledged! It states on the parcel label that returns can be sent to an address in London which I have discovered is a warehouse/dispatch company. I learnt later, however, that the Charles-Harrington website states that returns must be sent to an address in China. On further enquiry I see that delivery to China is going to cost as much if not more than the sandals cost so returning them …..if I had received permission to do so …..would mean I’d be out of pocket quite substantially without anything to show for it. I have learnt since that a lot of people have found themselves in the same sort of situation and ended up keeping items that weren’t suitable and they didn’t want because it wasn’t worth the expense to return them! I won’t be duped again and will steer clear of buying anything that has to be returned to China to be refunded. Of course it’s a non starter when requests and email are ignored,

Great products at a reasonable price. The clothing fits perfectly, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!
