Placed an order - which I never received. Telephone numbers do not work and no answer to emails!
Obviously a SCAM company.

Their offer of buy 3 charms and get 1 free felt unreal, but when my order arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The charms looked exactly as advertised, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
Definitely a great experience! Will buy again during gifting season

⭐ Absolutely appalling customer service – avoid!
I ordered 4 charms from Charm House, and when my order arrived, one of the charms was missing. I contacted them straight away to let them know, and was told that the missing charm had been posted out.
That was THREE WEEKS AGO — and I am still waiting.
I have been more than patient, but this is completely unacceptable. I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase a company for an item that I have already paid for. If you tell a customer something has been posted, I expect it to actually arrive, or at the very least to be given a proper explanation and tracking information.
The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and has completely put me off ordering from Charm House again. Good customer service should mean taking responsibility when an order is incomplete and actually resolving the problem — not leaving customers waiting for weeks.
Charm House, you have had more than enough time to sort this out. I now expect my missing charm to be delivered or a full refund issued.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Charm House and will definitely think twice before spending another penny with this company.
