Time delays in responses between conveyancing solicitors, buyers, vendors and estate agents were, on many occasions, unacceptably long.
A document/spreadsheet, common and available to all, recording dates of requests for information, re- requests and response dates would both speed the process, improve the participants performance not to mention the clients satisfaction!

Our property sales process proved to be a rather drawn-out affair, not because of Chase Buchanan but more due to a previous estate agents advice, which resulted in our decision to change to Chase Buchanan. If only we had appointed the Teddington team consisting of John, Rodney & Kim from the start. The team were very professional throughout, very patient and understanding of our needs. I couldn’t recommend them more, extremely approachable, knowledgeable, always took my many calls, and willing to spend time with their vendors so the suitable type of buyer viewed the property.

When the time comes that we choose to sell our onward move, we will no doubt approach Chase Buchanan!
