I recently used Chase Buchanan to sell a property and they made the whole experience extremely easy. Amanda came and did the initial viewing and valuation, very professional and knowledgeable. I then dealt with Victoria and Chloe who too were excellent. Good communication and very helpful. The property sold within a few weeks and we exchanged and completed in around 12 weeks. Overall a very good experience and will definitely use again.

Sale of house in Hampton. Pleased that I used Chase Buchanan Hampton Hill on the sale of my (longstanding) family home. The team was energetic, and the well pitched advice seemed to be aiming to achieve my interests and without strong pressure in any direction. The best of the agents I spoke to locally, I thought.

I rarely write reviews, but our experience with this letting agency (Isleworth branch) deserves to be shared to warn other tenants.

During our tenancy ending in August 2025, several serious mistakes with bad intentions were made by the agents involved:

• Adam (Senior Lettings Negotiator) – incorrectly accused us of surrendering our tenancy early and insisted that we had “returned keys,” even though we had not. This led to the agency arranging a premature check-out inspection on 28 July, despite our tenancy ending on 10 August.

• Kate (Lettings Agent) – we communicated transparently with her about allowing viewings and possibly ending early if a new tenant moved in. Instead of appreciating our cooperation, this was used as a false assumption that we were surrendering the tenancy.

• Molly (Property Management Manager) – handled the deposit claim aggressively, demanding the full deposit of £1,730.76, based on an invalid check-out report done before our tenancy legally ended. She ignored our explanations and photographic proof.

Even worse, the agency sent a handyman into the flat on 2 August using their spare key without notice or consent, while we were still tenants. The worker left the flat messy and removed items from the kitchen. This was a clear breach of quiet enjoyment and trust.

We had also paid for professional cleaning on 8 August, which took place after the agency’s mistaken early inspection.

The matter went to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), which reviewed all evidence and ruled that the landlord was entitled to nothing — confirming the agency’s report was invalid because it was carried out during our tenancy period.

No one from the agency ever properly apologised. The experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely avoidable if they had handled things professionally.

If you’re renting in the Isleworth area, I strongly recommend being extremely cautious when dealing with this branch, especially with the above-mentioned staff. Always communicate in writing and keep your own records and photos.

This agency’s conduct has shown a worrying lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ legal rights.

Ben from Twickenham Lettings was the most helpful and genuine person throughout my whole process. He showed me plenty of properties during the lead up to us finding something ensuring that when he got something new on he’d send it over.

After plenty of time put into us, he finally helped us secure a property. Thank you so much Ben you were a massive help.

We used the Trowbridge branch. To our minds the solicitors were on a go slow. We were desperate for information and none was forthcoming. Up stepped Gemma and Kisten from the Trowbridge branch. They chased the other agents and solicitors to get the sale over the line. We are so grateful to them for their professionalism and sheer grit. I don't think it would have gone ahead without them.

Anna, Kris and the team were always very polite and optimistic about the property and their ability to sell the property.
They sold the property within the first few days at asking price.
On reflection I should have gone with them from the start rather than wasting time and energy with others.
