This company is a bait and switch - it is not legitimate - DO NOT EVER USE.

SCAMMERS!!! NEVER have I wanted to scream on the phone with any agent before. Booking a flight for 2 and getting a call to say its on standby - in what life time have you booked a flight and then called to say its on standby but if you pay an additional $110 they can guarantee you a seat?!?!?!? Rude!! Unscrupulous!!! Horrible people!! Also, what agency do you know that can merge calls with another agent when they are on hold with a client???? Always trust your gut - yes times are hard and we're all looking for the best pricing but ALWAYS go through the airline directly!!

Classic "bait and switch" rip off. I signed up for a round trip ticket $341 and paid that amount. I called for my reservation and suddenly, only the return ticket was available. The other was going to have to be the day before (requiring an extra hotel night) and the price jumped to $700. I requested my money back since I could get the same flight for $536 on Expedia. They REFUSED and said the did not give refunds. I ended up keeping the one way ticket, now $379 and paying another one way for $294, losing $137 dollars in the process. Total rip off. Classic bait and switch dishonesty. Caveat emptor (BUYER BEWARE!)

First these are foreigners with heavy accents... That's the first warning. Second, It's the old bait and switch. The Reservation for $118 is not available but we do have one for $240. They will send you an email saying it's on hold and you need to call them. When you do, they will try to upsell you. So you say no just stop the reservation and they say we will only refund 1/2 of the amount... LOL... now understand the money hasn't even been taken out of the bank This is 10 minutes after making the reservation. So I called the bank and put a stop on it Lesson learned. Scam alert!!!

Total crooks. I booked a discounted fare. They emailed me to call them. Then they claimed that the fare was stand by and non-refundable. They could change to a confirmed fare for another $400 / ticket.Belaming air line but i paid on thier website

Very disappointing experience. Customer service was rude, spoke loudly, and became argumentative when I tried to cancel my booking. Instead of helping, they made me feel pressured and later sent an unprofessional email accusing me of being disrespectful. I would not recommend booking with this company.

Scammers and unreliable. Booked basic trip fligh to Denver from Toronto. After getting a confirmed booking # , an agent contact me on phone saying return flight from Denver to Toronto is on standby. The agent giving option to upgrade same day return flight, an increase of 75% fare from original price. When asked for cancellation within 24 hours, the agent refused cancellation. Recommend, to all, do not fall for cheap fare rate . Shame on them for scaming people.

Stay away from Cheap Deal Fare. In my experience, this company uses misleading tactics to get your money.

After I completed my booking and paid for my reservation, I received an email saying that the flight I had just booked was suddenly "not available." They then tried to pressure me into paying an additional $100 to "upgrade" to another flight. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch.

If the flight wasn't available, it should never have been offered for purchase in the first place. Instead, they tried to charge me more after taking my payment.

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would never use this company again. There are many reputable travel websites that don't use these kinds of tactics.

Bait and switch to a way too high price and threaten me that I can’t decline. In fact I know they haven’t really booked, because they kept shifting from different plans and ask me to confirm one. I declined and firmly told them ti cancel the booking. Totally scam! I called my card company and alert my card company to decline any charge and replace a new card.

Yep fell for it - booked a flight and no flights and they will get back to us later when there are some options. Now we wait for the additional fare charges as seems this is the usual experience and this operation is close enough to be a scam. The booking process and team are Indian based - hard to understand and dont care. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE A SCAM. They purposely put the incorrect DOBs on my airline tickets in hopes that I would Call them back and PAY them $100 to correct it. Then the person I was talking to was rude and nasty when I called to have it corrected. American Airlines corrected the information for no cost after they LIED and said AA would change me more to correct it. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY, and BRAINCELLS AND DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked a flight ticket that was advertised for around **$400**. The next day, I received an email saying that my ticket had not been confirmed and that I needed to call their customer service immediately.
When I called, I was told that the only way to confirm my booking was to upgrade to a ticket that cost almost **twice the original price**. I refused because that was not what I had agreed to pay. I then asked them to cancel my booking, but they refused.
The most shocking part was that they told me the **only way they would cancel my booking was if I left them a 5-star review using the link they sent me**. I was forced to do it because I had no other option. It was a humiliating and extremely frustrating experience.
I have never experienced anything like this before. Forcing customers to leave fake positive reviews in exchange for canceling a booking is unethical, dishonest, and feels like blackmail. In my opinion, this is a fraudulent business practice. I strongly recommend that others avoid this company.

THEM. I booked a ticket for $211, they called me two hours later to tell me that I need to pay an additional $290. They refused to refund the amount that I’ve already paid after I requested to cancel.

I wish I could give Negative stars, this is a SCAM site. After booking for $336, I got a phone call it would be $900 additional for a ticket. The representative screamed at me and told me I could not cancel, so I locked my credit card and had to get new cards to make sure they do not charge me. I am still very leary as they had my email and phone number that I did not fill out on the reservation. Very sketchy and unprofessional.

This is purely a Cheater Company, I have Booked my local flight, where by they displayed the Option of "LAO CENTRAL AIRLINE" Flight, whereas after investigation, I found that the said Airline has disappeared all their Operations in the Year 2014.! it Means Pure Cheating to get Money by Fraud.

I saw the price online to Antiqua for $714. I booked the flight, and then received a phone a few hours later stating that I would owe an additional $300 for seating. I asked the agent to cancel my flight and refund me my money. I was told that I couldn’t get a refund. I would receive a credit for a future flight. Luckily they hadn’t taken the money out of my account, and I was able to go to the bank, and cancel the withdrawal. This company seems to be totally fraudulent in their representation. What’s ironic is that each time I called to express my frustrations, the same person answered the phone. How often does the same person answer the phone for an airline? Hopefully the Better Business Bureau will get involved and dismantle this scam of an airline.

It’s really worst, initially it shows lower price and after booking agent will call u and say you can get the diff airlines with long layer for that cheap and if you want direct flight then it will be more price than the original airline websites, trust me don’t go for cheap deals fair. It’s not cheap and it’s a unfair

What made the situation even more frustrating was that my reservation was canceled before my concerns were resolved. Rather than addressing the issue and providing a satisfactory solution, the booking was canceled, leaving me with uncertainty and inconvenience.

I have booked through other third-party travel agencies, including Expedia, and have never experienced this type of issue. Based on my experience, I recommend that travelers carefully review how their contact information will be handled and ensure they are comfortable with the agency’s policies before booking.
