WE HAVE A DEATH IN THE FAMILY AND NO CONSIDERATION YET THEY STILL INSISTING TO PURCHASE THE DIFFERENT ITENARY. PRICE POSTED AT $391.00 FROM THEIR WEBSITE, NY TO TEXAS. AFTER BOOKING, A REPRESENTATIVE CALLED STATING THE FLIGHT IS FULLY BOOKED AND OFFERED ANOTHER OPTIONS. THEY WANT US TO GO TO A DIFFERENT AIRPROT WHICH IS VERY FAR AND INCONVINIENT . WE WANTED CANCEL THE BOOKING, UNFORTUNATELY THE WILL CHARGE AS $4,000.00 IN MY ACCOUNT. NEVER BOOK IN THIS PAGE!!!

You will regret dealing with these people. A total SCAM.
I got a call in the middle of the night after 24 hours, that they cannot issue my ticket with that price and they were asking more than twice. They refused to give my money back. The worse is that untheorized charges are coming to my card after that, so I had to close my card.

This is pure scamming, just avoid this site.

My humble request not to plan your flight booking from this website. You trust the low fare and they do have a timer in the website showcasing the validity of the price . Once you book it they actually have the airline charge your card and call you stating that price will no longer match with the airline you need to think of alternate options like multiple stops or if you opted for non stop pay more or change your dates etc. Very pathetic it spoils your holiday mood. The upgrade could be pretty heavy based on your booking period. The only option to come out, is to pay the airline cancellation fee and refund the amount you got charged from cheapdealfar.com

I purchased a round trip ticket to Texas out of Newark three months in advance of my trip. Later in the evening I received a call from their representative who told me the return flight was overbooked, and to make a long story short wanted approx. $150.00 more to complete the transaction. The company is a total scam in my opinion. Shame on me for not checking them out prior to ordering the tickets. As they say “Let the Buyer Beware”. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this company.

I was not allowed to cancel my reservation within the 24 hr period no questions asked on the website. I was not provided a clear explanation of additional charges which amounted over $150 above the cost of my flights. Like other reviews, I got a call saying one of my flights was over booked no longer available so that’s when an over 2 hr time of back and forth phone calls and emails began. Do not use this company!!! Or any other 3rd party, check reviews first my bad for not doing that so I’m paying much more for a flight I could have gotten directly from the airlines and not getting the time I wanted! 😡

As others have indicated. They are false advertising prices on their website. You get called later on to more expensive tickets and they tell you that cancellation is not an option. It's a trap. They charge 150$ on top of regular tickets price as a service fee

Be forewarned- the price you see on the comparison sites is NOT what you will be charged! You booking is not a confirmation and as you can see by all other reviews they call you with a higher fare. I also wouldn’t let them off the hook until I got confirmation with my assigned aisle seat numbers and baggage fee. They said I would receive email in 15-30 minutes. Called back 3 more times. Same statement. Do you think I ever received? No.

Purchased tickets online. Around 10 pm called to find out the price would go up by 190 dollars. Told him i wanted to cancel he told me they could refund in travel credit. I called my credit card company and explained what was going on. So we canceled card so payment would not go through. Plz Plz Plz Be careful out there.
Senior Lady on fix income.

I booked a flight and 30 minutes later they called and told me it was no longer available. They tried to get me to pay double the price. I said no and to cancel it. They then told me that they couldn’t and that I had already been charged. I then had to call my credit card company and get it locked. They had not charged my card. Scammers!!

Made a reservation for my wife, paid and received a booking reference number. Lter received a call to call them the next day as reservations weren't complete. They tried to sell me upgrade, different airline, or different airport for an additional 400 to 600 dollars and 3hrs more wait time between flights. They are a rip off. I believe what they do is offer prices and when the fare goes up on the airline your flight is for, they call to change the price. They don't offer discounts they offer wait for the price to change to get in it you must make a deposit, and they will make sure you'll be on the flight. for the additional amount.

There was an error on my ticket I called within seconds to notify them. The rep informed me that he would call the airline and have it corrected. I could expect a call within 30min with a correction. 2hrs later no call and the ticket was now $100 more. All they could say was I'M SORRY!! They are the worst I have ever encountered!

they are scam artists they say you have 24 hs to cancel. i called within the 24 hrs and was told that because it was going to be over 24 hrs after they cancel it would not be possible. they are liars. do not use them

this site is a total scam. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. quoted 900 for a flight and then said it would be 2200 to get same flight. BAIT AND SWITCH.

This company is a real scam for your money. I will told you what happened to me today, I bought some tickets for my family and they called me an hour later after I booked it, they claimed that there is no more seats and offered the tickets for 3 times the price I paid for. they claimed they can not cancel the tickets, they said that they are generous as saying "the other company will charge you more so, therefore we are the cheaper one, along with charging you 3 times the price from you buy from the beginning". somebody needs to do something about it, they are scamming good people who wanted a vacation for once.

Here's my experience with Cheapdealsfare:
I booked round trip flights for me and my family. It was weird that I didn't receive a airline confirmation right away which I usually get in a timely fashion with any trustworthy booking agency.
The day after the booking, I was contacted by phone by a customer representative telling me that they cannot honor the flight and seat arrangement and she tried to sell me a flight constellation that would have been more than twice as expensive as the one I booked.
I denied the offer and asked to resolve the situation which was only half-heartedly attempted and the offers were not fitting the original schedule that i booked my flights for or were significantly more expensive.

Then, i tried to cancel the transaction. I was referred to various customer representatives, put on hold multiple times, customer representatives claimed they were not able to hear me, I was referred to the cancellation team and promised they call me back. After the call did not happen in the promised time frame, I called them again. The customer representative said he can transfer me to the ticket department and the hold is 60 minutes. I told him that this is unacceptable and I would like to cancel my booking. He laughed insecurely and put me on hold. At this point, I sent an email to the Support- and Booking-Team asking them to cancel my booking and documenting my request to cancel.
Regardless, I waited on hold for 40 minutes and when I asked the customer representative to cancel and he asked a few questions and then abruptly hung up on me.

I called another customer representative and after a few offers and questions which I denied, she finally canceled and confirmed the cancellation. However, when I asked for her name and representative id, she hung up the phone. I called them again and an annoyed customer representative right away told me that my booking is canceled.

I booked flight for four since it was the great price , Checked for ticket after 24hrs they said it's in progress then I get email stating they want to talk so I called back. Now as others has experience they want to change and charge more for tickets. I asked to cancel they said it's over 24hrs can't cancel. I called my credit card company and notified about it. DO NOT USE , BIG SCAM.

They lied about their tickets prices. They are nothing bit scammers

I am VERY disappointed in the way that your organization misrepresented their information concerning the flight I tried to book. No where was there EVER anything that said, "you will be placed on a waiting list concerning my flight." It seems like everything was just a scam in order to get me to pay more than my original quoted price for the flight. I am very disappointed in CheapDealsFare. I will never use your services again and I will pass along this information to everyone I know that books flights.
I have been flying for over 40 years and I have never dealt with an issue like this before. My flight booking is 33949.

Avoid them at all costs, yes, they are legit Company, but they are so sketchy. They will book a ticket for you then they will call you to tell you they need to upgrade to different seating at higher cost.
