Total dishonest. Outsource customer service. Don't trust them.They lied that they oversold tickets on airline & extorting another $500- top on what we had already paid for the tickets
Also promised to send us $300- voucher, that never happened. Lied that our filgt has travel insurance, carry on , seats included
Now not answering our emails. Crocked business, don't trust them.

Man do I wish I checked this site out before booking. All the reviews are true. I wanted to book a flight with American. Jady Wilson called me back. They switched airlines on me and had me “sign their document agreeing to the terms. Then I get an email with flight times changes. I get in later in the day and I’m going on a cruise. They messed up. This is a rip off and they don’t live up to what is promised. Don’t use them. Fortunately I was able to cancel my flight with the airline for a full refund (within 24 hours) and dispute the fee for booking due to a breach in contract.

Indeed a bait and switch scheme. They call you back and will not honor the tickets they are "selling" arguing that the tickets are gone. Instead they will offer fares at a much higher price (in my case, 3 times the amount that I was initially offered!).

As they say, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Steer clear.

Don't believe these guys, so book your flight. Their website shows low air fares, and after you book your ticket, they call you saying that the booking is not confirmed. They try to make you wait and charge you $50$, saying you crossed 24 hours of reservation. Don't fall for these kinds of traps.

Stay away from that.. I bought a ticket that didn't exist.. they sent me an email asking me to call, I called and they said they had a similar ticket for double the price. They pretend to sell you a cheap ticket and then try to sell you one for more than double the price. pure scam

I’m a home based travel agent avoid this company offered cheap rate then call and increase price. Bait and switch definitely!

I will never do business with this company again. I bought two tickets from KC to Buffalo NY for $550 only to get a call back that they had to "upgrade" the tickets and now I would be charged $826 instead of the $550. I told them I wanted to cancel and was told I would be charged $150 cancellation fee per ticket. Read the reviews online. The only good ones are people that were paid to provide them. Total rip off!

Alina Irma did a wonderful job today. She was very patient and spent over 2 hours talking to me, making sure we got just the right plane tickets, for a very good deal. We highly recommend her.

The price for a round-trip flight was advertised on their site for $259. It seemed like a great deal, so I 'Booked' the flight . I received a call a couple of hours later, indicating that there were no tickets available at that price. The 'new' price was now over $600. When I indicated that the new price was not acceptable, I was told there would be a $100 cancellation fee. It wasn't me cancelling when it was Cheapdealfare that did not honor the original agreed upon price, airline, date and time. After complaining bitterly, they agreed to 'waive' the cancellation fee. We'll see if they try to charge my card.

Chloe Miller did a great job finding tickets for our party of 12. She offered several options to accommodate everyone in our group.

Biggest scam ever. I booked 3 tickets and then when I called because I didn't get my confirmation they told me that the airlines over sold because it's Christmas. They said that only one of the 3 tickets is available and the other 2 tickets are now more than double the price. I wanted to cancel the entire transaction and they said that it was non refundable. I have called my credit card company. Totally fraud from this site.

Cheapdealfare is a SCAM as they offer you a Cheap ticket than they call you telling you that ticket can be purchased at that price and want you to upgrade THAN they want you to call your credit card company to let them access YOUR card completely other than the amount for the ticket!!!! While there telling you that your ticket is on HOLD for booking!!! I told them to cancel the HOLD then they proceeded to say that I "confirmed" the the ticket via "telephonic" phone conversation via email and I replied it, NO, and IF you charge my card, I will place charges against you! Immediate they sent an email saying they seen the ticket had been canceled. DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKETS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!! BEWARE!!!!
