Nice design

Bought 3 pairs for christmas. Nice design festive pyjamas, felt nice and soft but I only wore them 4 times and washed twice and they're all bobbly

Lovely PJs - full refund for small fault

Ordered a pair of PJs and got the last in stock in my size. They arrived and are beautiful and perfect fit but had a small mark / stain on one leg. Customer service offered me a full refund as they couldn’t swap them as now out of stock.

Had some PJ'S bought gor Christmas that…

Had some PJ'S bought gor Christmas that had a stitching fault in the top causing a dart in the shoulder. They told me to keep them and sent me a gift card for £39.00.
Don't often get that kind of customer service anymore. Every email was responded too within 24hrs.

Be very careful and check your final…

Be very careful and check your final price if ordering from Europe. I had a 22% increase in Euro price to Sterling price. When queried company said due to VAT which is wrong , can’t charge VAT twice . Then said increased costs of doing business in Europe , this is an online business They already charge 3 x UK delivery charge for Euro delivery. Shame because I think their products are good. They refused to refund the extra charge

Having purchased a pair of there…

Having purchased a pair of there beautiful pjs they were sent to Evri for delivery having numerous conversations via Evri which was a waste of time I contacted Chelsea Peers direct whom were absolutely fantastic they responded super quick and the lovely lady Emily whom I spoke with sent me out a replacement pair as Evri had lost my parcel and they arrived super quick with DPD 100% highly recommended Chelsea Peers excellent quality clothing and excellent customer care 😃

Shocking After Care Post Christmas

Bought my wife some pyjamas for a Christmas present from Chelsea Peers on 30th of November 2025.
Great service and delivery, can't fault the company upto now.
Christmas came and my wife tried them in and unfortunately the top was too small. So I thought no problem I'll send the top and change it for the next size up and job done.
Busy over Christmas and went away for new year so got home and emailed the company to ask about changing the top, they informed me that don't do just changing one item of the set.
No problem I would return the st and buy the next one up. Tried to filling the return form but it wasn't having it, so contacted the company by email to ask why? They told me that quite abruptly that it was outside the return period. I asked if it was in the Christmas return period? They informed me that the extension was from the 02/12/25 until approx 27/01/26. So I was 2 days out of the return period.
Got another curt email telling me that I couldn't return them even for a credit note and unlucky you are stuck with them.
Not bothered about getting my money back or anything else, but just thought I'd let future customers know to check the returns around Christmas so they don't end up in the same predicament like me.
Thought the company would have been a bit more understanding at this time of year, but unfortunately not.
I usually buy my wife really nice leisure clothing at Christmas time but wouldn't use Chelsea Peers again not for the buying experience and quality of garment but the after purchase service is terrible.
However on the bright side they do bring the outside of the car up very clean.👍

As your order was placed on 30th November, the returns window would have been valid up until 4th January, inclusive of our additional 7-day grace period to return for gift card credit.

I had a hot water bottle and the handle…

I had a hot water bottle and the handle snapped when trying to empty it.
No quibble refund and friendly emails to deal with problem. Can’t think of any other firm that would be so helpful.
Gives me great confidence to use website again.

Awful quality and cheap polyester pyjamas.

Awful plastic polyester pyjamas.
I’ve received a couple of Chelsea Peers pyjamas as gifts for Christmas but I cannot wear them. The quality is the cheapest I’ve felt. I can’t believe they are getting away with charging so much for such low quality polyester pyjamas. I don’t think people realise how bad it is wearing these plastic pieces of clothing and for the environment.

The designs of them are beautiful, however. And I believe if they were cotton or cotton rich, they would be the best pyjamas around. It’s such a shame we’re becoming used to such low quality clothing, that’s it’s becoming the norm.

the wrong pyjamas

I order 2 pairs of pyjamas, but after hitting the pay button realised that one pair was the wrong size.

I immediately contacted the customer service team to source a pair at the correct size. As the warehouse fulfilment team is separate, I was asked to make a fresh order and then return the pair ordered in error. The Return process was really simple and the refund made very quickly. Added to this the Customer Services teams were very polite and helpful.

I'd have confidence in using Chelsea Peers at any time in the future

Outstanding quality and comfort

This is the second time I have ordered from Chelsea Peers and it won’t be the last. The items I ordered before Christmas came beautifully wrapped in a stunning Christmas box. I ordered a long pyjama set, a velour jogger set and a short pyjama set. The quality and fit of all 3 are outstanding - they really are the most comfortable and luxurious feeling pyjamas I have ever worn. I decided to treat myself again recently and ordered another long pyjama set, a nightshirt and a pair of slip on mules slippers. Everything was beautifully packaged once again. Yes they are more expensive than my usual pyjamas and slippers but for me they are absolutely worth it and I cannot see myself buying my nightwear or slippers from anywhere else now.

Last purchase

Based on past experience bought my daughters and myself pyjamas. That will be the last time. Both daughters previously loved Chelsea peers but we are all agreed that the quality and finish is no longer there. All really disappointed but no more.

Super pyjamas & super service!

After purchasing the softest and beautiful maternity pyjamas, I thought I would treat my husband, son and baby to matching Christmas leopard pyjamas last Christmas. They are gorgeous but unfortunately the men's shorts were faulty after a few wears. I contacted CP and received a prompt response that I will receive a replacement in 1-2 days. A very happy customer, looking forward to returning to family matching :)

Terrible consumer policies

Terrible consumer policies. Wanted to exchange petite PJs to regular-fit PJs as Christmas gift for wife was short in the arms. No exchange policy so had to send PJs back and re-purchase new size. Could not re-use first purchase discount and had to pay delivery so had cost an extra £17 just to change size for the same item. Poor.
