I had a small issue with some pyjamas I had ordered as a Christmas gift, within an hour of contact, completely resolved by Sophie in customer services. Highly recommend this company.

Return policy for this company is appalling. They hound you with emails and discount codes to buy your Christmas gifts early but if you buy before 2nd December they will not honour Christmas gift returns. I bought my daughter Christmas PJs in November. They do not fit her properly but I cannot return them £55 wasted. I am unsubscribing from their emails and will not be dealing with them again. Very poor practice at this time of the year. So many stores offer returns from November onwards. Probably the only company who have ever declined a Christmas return.
It is of course written in their returns policy but deliberately narrow and not in the spirit of Christmas.
I do not recommend them.

Brilliant products, one item arrived with a minor defect, Loren at customer service presented me with a couple of choices, i opted for one of the solutions and it was completed within the hour! Would definitely return to this company

Good never arrived after almost 3 weeks and I contacted Chelsea Peere who told me to wait until the 24th of December before contacting them again. That is useless as the parcel is a Christmas present and so I had to go buy a second gift as I have no guarantee the parcels from Chelsea Peers will arrive before the 25th and they simply won’t help me
Really poor service and deeply disappointed!

I bought Christmas Pjs for me and my kids. Due to price tag presumed they are 100% cotton but they are made from 95% polyester which is basically plastic. Wearing basically plastic to sleep. Really disappointing as I won’t be wearing them again.

It’s become a bit of a tradition to order our Christmas pjs from Chelsea Peer they are always so comfy & lovely designs. Today I decided to take advantage of the discount and order a couple of pairs of festive pj’s. Unfortunately when my order went through the discount did not apply so I contacted the company through wattsapp & Caroline responded almost immediately, apologising & confirming that they had issued a refund for the discount amount.
Super efficient & helpful customer service with no problem at all. I’m extremely impressed and will continue to shop with Chelsea Peers.

Excellent company to work with, great customer service. Got let down by Evri delivery company and Chelsea peers staff Loren was straight onto the case and quickly ordered a replacement in time for Christmas. I will definitely be returning to Chelsea peers very soon.

Had an issue with the delivery company and didn’t receive my item, emailed and received a response within an hour and a replacement item was sent next day with a different delivery provider. Excellent customer service from Loren and excellent item. Thank you

Ordered some Pj's as a Xmas present, then I received an email from the courier company to tell me there had been a 'delay' with the delivery of it. After over a week of not hearing anything I emailed Chelsea Peers to see if they could help me. They were brilliant, Loren got back to me and confirmed that my parcel had been lost and asked me if I would like them to replace the order which I did. I am now waiting for this to be delivered today, this took 2 days from me contacting them to ask for help. FANTASTIC service, just what you need from a company. I shall definitely be using their website again.

Fantastic customer service from Emily in resolving a delivery issue. After the courier (Evri as usual) lost my parcel, Emily promptly arranged for a replacement and delivery with a different courier straight away. Superb.

I have to give one because even though I’ve had a lot of good seamless transactions before and mostly great quality products, on this occasion, not 1 but 2 of my parcels in a row (the second being replacement for a lost by Evri) have not been delivered to me.
Now I hear some of you screaming that this is the couriers fault and not Chelsea Peers but legally, the contract is between the retailer and the customer and the couriers contract is between the retailer and them. So it is Chelsea Peers issue to resolve.
Evri lost and failed to deliver my first parcel like many, taking advantage of the Black Friday offers for some Christmas gifts (I have actively chased the courier so I’ve done a fair share of self help to try and get my parcel but it’s “lost”), likewise when DPD delivered the “replacement” (minus one item as it was then out of stock and they would only offer full or part refund and not an alternative) they delivered it to a house in an entirely different county (based on the GPS coordinate of the photo outside a random house - I didn’t change the address and never lived in that county!) and I have been unable to raise communications successfully with Chelsea Peers since, as they only communicate by email (despite them advertising a WhatsApp, they never reply, the chat function is automated bot on their website and you cannot phone them). I have contacted DPD who will raise an investigation and agreed it’s been delivered nowhere near my house (DPD was selected for the replacement as usually much more reliable than Evri) but I have to wait for Chelsea Peers to get in touch with me now (in reply to my emails/correspondence by chat bot) to resolve the issue with them and either get a replacement (hopefully they have stock) or a refund.
The replies from the first incident took about 72 hours, so not quick. (Although they were professionally polite enough but suspect AI led). I am not hopeful now I will have the items before I travel for Christmas on 19th and I believe it’s not policy to change delivery address once the order is in so I am stuck - I lose the discounts or accept I won’t have it for Christmas.
I ordered on 1 Dec 25, today is 15th - it was supposed to be express delivery. Sadly these were Christmas gifts and despite this being only 2 x back to back negative experiences on the back of several fairly decent ones and lovely products (I’ve got a pair of PJs I bought 5 years ago still going strong), I think it shows unfortunately the degradation in their operations, customer service and putting profits over experience by cutting costs on customer service using substandard AI, machine learning and bots. This has killed the quality of the brand for me which need to have that golden threat of quality and service throughout. Such a shame. I suspect quality of products will soon take suit.

I ordered a set of pjs in black Friday sale and they were lost in delivery (evri of course) now the size I ordered has gone out of stock they will not allow me to choose another pair to replace them. They also will not give me a discount to match the Black Friday sale price so I cannot reorder. Customer service is a joke. I have ordered Chelsea peers from asos before and no issues but the one time I actually order from the website there is an issue. Will not be ordering again

I have been wearing Chelsea Peers PJ's for years. I dare count how many pairs I have!!!
I recently made a purchase, upon delivery I discovered the parcel had been opened, the items stolen and then sellotaped back up! I contacted customer service, apologies we're made and replacements were sent out straight away. I was blown aware at this service! It was not the company's fault in anyway and I feel they shouldn't have had to fit the bill.

Ordered kids pyjamas 1 size bigger than normal. PJs arrived and they were absolutely tiny, not sure who they are made to fit but makes sense why they are in the sale now! Had the pleasure of having to pay for shipping to receive and return an item which I don’t mind doing if the item is correct and it’s just not suitable. However these pyjamas have been wrongly made and all of the reviews say the same, which unfortunately I only saw after ordering. Wouldn’t waste your time or money.
