Problem solved!! My pjs were due to arrive over a week ago…
After leaving this review, the customer service team got in touch immediately and sent over new pajamas after acknowledging a delivery issue. The pjs arrived now! Thank you for your help!
Initial complaint: My pjs were due to arrive over a week ago. I bought them on Black Friday promo. They have not arrived, and I’ve reached out to the team experiencing a significant delay in getting any assistance at all. I’ve been dying to order pjs from here and now that I have I’ve been disappointed. I’ve indicated that we’re on the clock and the delivery is late and lost, Evri has delivered all other parcels, except the one from Chelsea Peers. I’d really appreciate it getting resolved quickly but it seems like there’s no reply to their help desk. 😔

They have sent the wrong colour PJs which are a present. I have messaged them today to tell them and will await how quickly and smoothly they deal with it. I will increase or decrease (and update) my review accordingly. Please don't let me down.

I opened my tiger dressing gown and fell in love. Soft? Didn't know what soft was until I snuggled into this hug of a garment. Long, oversized, huge pockets, eccentric tiger design. I may well buy a spare.

I am having a terrible experience
I am having a terrible experience. They lost my order. Now, they won’t re send me my order to my new address. They also tried to get me to pay full price for it after I’d bought it in promotion?! Bought as gifts, seriously looking like I won’t get them. The worst customer service I have come across in a long time and I will not shop with them again.

Beautiful pyjamas
Beautiful pyjamas, feel very soft & look great quality, including beautifully packaged. Haven’t worn / washed as they’re presents but I am looking forward to gifting them. Had an issue with my delivery in that Evri claimed they were delivered but they hadn’t been. Contacted customer services & Loren was extremely helpful - got a new delivery out via DPD the following day. Fantastic service.

Not able to return for an exchange even though within their 7 day ‘grace period’ as their automated system will not recognise this. Very poor Customer Service - robotic!

Lost order immediately replaced
Ordered a Christmas gift which was unfortunately lost by the delivery firm, as soon as I contacted the company they chased down and when they were told the item was lost immediately sent a replacement order. Brilliant service and really helpful after service

Excellent quality and great customer service
I had a problem with Evri delivery and my PJ’s were returned to sender. Lauren in customer services responded quickly, replaced my order and upgraded the courier service. The products are always excellent quality and luxurious fabrics.

Beautiful pyjamas and excellent customer service. We did have an issue with the delivery but that wasn’t the fault of Chelsea peers and laid with the courier service. Customer service was easy and quick so therefore they deserve 5*

Fabulous Christmas pyjamas
Ordered pyjamas. They were on sale. Next day delivery. Was actually delivered next day. Fancy schmancy box and tissue paper. Fabulous soft jersey pyjamas that fit really well. Leopards wearing santa hats design. Had told my husband these will be the ultimate christmas pyjamas that will reign supreme in any christmas pyjama competition he might attempt. Husband acknowledges no contest to that gauntlet. Chelsea Peers? Chelsea Peerless!
