Terrible customer service. Used the online chat feature last week and it states that you will receive answers in 24 hours. Never got an answer. Hard to trust a company who won't even respond.

I found CHERY online. The inventory I wanted was listed. It stilkl took about a week to connect with SALES and place my order.
It did arrive, but shipping was never confirmed until I had to ask a couple of times.
The product seems good, we will install it soon.

The workbench came in damaged.
The workbench came in damaged.
We didn’t see the damage until it was installed and then unpacked.Evidently it was hit with a forklift during transport.
I have contacted an autobody repairman to see if he can fix the dents in the left front and side.

They were flexible with delivery and able to work around my schedule making it a flawless transaction from beginning to end. Will definitely purchase through them again.
