Damaged item sent new item but 10 times worse.items not checked before sent to customers.

My order arrived on time but that’s as far as it goes. One of the bar stools has damaged stitching. I notified them in writing but their Customer Service is completely non existent!!! 3 emails, no response, 2 voicemails left, no response. No one actually answers the phone. Please be mindful of this when ordering, if you do have an issue with anything you order you won’t get any response.

My sofa came when said it did . Quick response to emails I sent . Overall I happy with the service and product that came

We bought a side table online, the quality of the table was as described and was very please with the product. The service was efficient and I would definitely buy again from this company.

Ordered two items from this company on 15/04/2022, one of which, a console table, was not suitable, so requested a return that was confirmed on 23/04/2022. Since then, have tried contacting Chesquin Interiors regarding when the collection would be made having agreed to the £42 charge to have the return completed.
Have sent multiple emails, tried using the chat option on the website and made multiple calls to the number on the website. Have had two responses in the three weeks trying to get in touch, one to say short staffed due to COVID, the second to say the item would be collected on Monday 09/05/2022 by UPS, who never turned up.
Once again, no one is responding to the website chat, to emails, nor any of the 4 options using the contact number. I would be very wary of using this company as if you have a problem with any item and wish to return you'll get no assistance.

Is this a scam company? Have waited for weeks. Issues with delivery, no response to emails, no one picking up the phone or returning voicemails, someone called Rosanna saying they will get back (then they don’t). No information about the product being sent back to stock. Will be interesting to see if they bother to respond on this review (which would mean they just ignore customers in private)

I received my Art Deco style console table today and it’s fabulous. Excellent quality and looks much more expensive than the £400 I paid. Love it.

Lovely tables and just what I was looking for

I ordered a couple of bedside tables for delivery. There was an issue regarding a delivery fee, I spoke to Gareth who polite, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The delivery took a little longer than expected, again I spoke to Gareth as I already had his email and he offered a very reasonable explanation. Items were delivered just a couple of days later. I absolutely love the items I ordered, they’re as described on the site and are really good quality. They were packaged well and easy to put together. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again. I hadn’t used them before, they just happened to offer the items I wanted cheaper than a couple of other online stores I’d looked at.
