Ordered a mattress for my mum from Chic Concept as the best price and great reviews. Asked if it would be delivered for new year as we have family staying, and was told it would be. Harry from Chic and their delivery team went out of their way to make sure delivered and kept in touch about delivery. Harry was lovely to speak to on the phone, and my mum said the two gentlemen who delivered her mattress were lovely too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic service, I recently bought two items on two separate occasions, a bespoke headboard and a matching ottoman. Harry was amazing, kept in touch with regular updates and when the couriers let them down he went above and beyond to sort the problem. Nothing is too much trouble, he even gave updates out of hours. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Worst experience and service ever! Ordered a kids car bed for my sons birthday weeks before 10th Dec. Got told it would be delivered during the week from 4th Dec. Nothing arrived and the  got told it would definitely be 9th December. Nothing arrived. When i spoke to  this incompetent guy on the 13th December there was no appreciation of what distress this had caused or the countless meaningless  assurances. "Bro this, bro that".. im not yours bro! Then it was "well that's last week its in the past so let's forget it!". The icing on the cake was he assured me it would be delivered and assembled on Wed 13th Dec. Guys delivered it but said they can't assemble. Called the incompetent guy again for him to say he couldn't remember anything and no assembly....ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND INCOMPETENT......NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Absolute shambles from beginning to eventual end when I insisted upon a full refund, extremely poor communication ie unless you contacted them you heard absolutely nothing, was "supposedly" a 7 - 14 day delivery had eventual confirmation would arrive today I asked for a time slot as had have to take time off for delivery and only then was telephoned for first time to tell me delivery was now not taking place after all! Shocking excuse for a company and Shocking excuse for any way a company should be run, customer service is appalling so little wonder this company trades under a different name, if you wish to be messed around have to chase them constantly eventually get a delivery date out of them then to be informed guess what not delivering after all then order from them if not order from a very different company!!!!@

Bought the half moon single divan bed. Great value for money. Customer service was excellent. I emailed about colour options and also emailed to ask to delay delivery and nothing was a problem for them. I would definitely use again.

We ordered a King Size Amelia Curved Bespoke Chesterfield Buttoned Fabric Headboard, after ordering my wife changed her mind about the fabric. I contacted the company and they agreed to change the fabric without any problems. This was really appreciated, the headboard is a substantial piece of furniture and of excellent quality. We are really pleased with it and will use this company again. Excellent customer service and a first class product.

Fantastic service, absolutely faultless, highly recommend the product and the team here; we needed aftersales help (we lost the remote for our Thunder car bed) and within a few days we had a replacement in our hands. Above expectations with aftersales and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a business. Response time and professionalism spot on. The car bed itself is absolutely brilliant and lives up to everything it says, ours is still pretty immaculate nearly 3 years on.

Got my son a car bed. Ordered and delivered within 3 weeks. Unfortunately I am a little impatient but staff were always on hand to take my call and were always polite and courteous. Car delivered on time. Built by myself and very easy to build took about an hour. High quality parts and sturdy when built. Definitely use this company again and the bed looks absolutely fantastic.

I ordered bespoke single ottoman beds for my children, when i received the beds they were beyond my expectation. Children found them so relaxing. The beds came within the time frame and the friendly staff installed the beds. If you want bespoke beds, good customer service and give you total control of your own bed design please try Chic Concept.

Everything seemed perfect, I contacted the company and they told me my bed would take roughly 4 weeks to come.It took a me 3 months to receive my bed and when it came the item was not as described, I was mortified. Nothing fits in place they are like two different pieces. I should have known better than to judge perfectly good looking google pictures as a hopeful prospect for me getting the bed of my dreams. I strongly advise to not purchase from here!! If you do it will be at your own risk.

Chicconcept are of excellent quality but what has impressed me the most is their customer service. Their replies are prompt, they go above and beyond to accommodate and help the customer. I have bought a bed and mirrors from them, and I wouldn’t hesitate buying more or recommending the company to friends and family. Finally a special shout out to Ahmed from the team, he has been fantastic.

Ordered a headboard from these guys over the phone having received samples of fabrics and made my choice; I couldn’t be happier with the item received, well made, lovely fabric, fits a treat so well done guys. Also, they kept in contact with me and arranged delivery in the timeframe I requested. Delivery driver, Abdul was also great and kept in contact with me, also he was kind enough to help me put the headboard in the room it was to be housed knowing I had no other help to do that so, fab service all round, totally recommend this company and products. Thanks guys 😁

I recently ordered some bedroom headboard panels and they are beautifully made and have absolutely transformed the room. Extremely easy to fit and very stylish.

Harry was so helpful….sending fabric swatches….assisting with measurements and I received the panels within ten days of ordering.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chic Concept and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

I had a great experience with chick concept we have to make note that they send out private drivers and we need to be aware that the driver might call us at any time before delivery.
The company was absolutely brilliant even though we had a third attempt at delivering. But was successful and the driver was very lovely.
They have your number and you can communicate with the driver. 5 stars for that alone 🙏🙏

And we were looking for a comfortable, 4 foot bed with a underbed for my sons room, this was the style he decided he liked. It was delivered on time, well made and good quality, I would recommend and buy from again.
