Took several days to acknowledge order and payment. No means of tracking order, no notice of order being dispatched. Only good thing was that it was well wrapped.

Products were great and arrived quickly. Communication was also great. Only slight caveat is I struggled at checkout, the PayPal option didn’t seem to work.

Bought from Chillicult and had to chase them for my order, because I hadn't received anything after 10 days. Alex from Chillicult said they would look into it, but never came back with an update. I continued to chase, but my emails were ignored! 4 days later and then only part of the order showed up!! Funny that?... I then spent another couple of weeks emailing them for my money back. After some back and forth Matza said they had processed a refund. I waited for it to arrive, but low and behold it never showed up because they never sent it!!! I chased it up with them and they continued to ignore my emails. In the end I had to get the bank involved in order to get my money back!! 2 months of aggravation from this mob! I've never had to get the bank involved to get my money back from any online purchase made ever! Highly disappointing and frustrating. Don't be tempted by their cheaper prices, because the lack in service and the possibility of losing your money to them is real. Avoid like the plague!!!

Not received my order. Three weeks after ordering. Have tried to email the company but have had no response. Took my money and was told that I would receive my order in 2 to 3 working days.

They claim to be a British company but I don’t think this is true.

Order not received despite chasing by email and phone - very disappointed! Won't ever use again!

I’d definitely use Chillicult again. Delivery was quick and my hot sauces were well packed in recycled packaging. Prices were very competitive and shipping prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I ordered at an awkward time, New Year ! But I received both products I had ordered in good time, considering. I am very pleased with both, as they are as described, and though slightly different in application, are both excellent products at a good price ! Thank you.

Great company for all your spicey fiery needs.one item arrived damaged and they addressed the issue quickly and professionally...I would recommend to anybody who is a fan of chilli/spice and their customer service has been second to none!!!
