Loved my experience but I think the birds in my garden love the dried mealworms even more as they cannot get enough of them. Only brand that are cleaned up within seconds of going down.

I have been getting deliveries on a monthly basis for many years. Birds love the food. Always delivered on time. I have never had a complaint

This is the 1st time I have used chubbymealworms. I have nothing but praise for this company. I purchased 3 boxes of fat balls for the bird feeder and a suet cake to get free postage. They arrived delivered by Amazon delivery the next day, really well worth the 99p postage I paid to Amazon to get next day delivery.
I rate Chubby Mealworms 5☆, service and information all through 5☆, postage and package via Amazon 5☆. This was a brilliant transaction, highly recommended, and will definately shop at Fat Mealworms again. 👍

Fantastic company ! Ordered at 11.02 on a Friday and got order at 10.30 the next morning ! On a Saturday too.
Always very keenly priced products and always offers to be had . The only place I ever use for bird food . Can’t fault them

I recently (January) bought mealworm cakes which I just opened at the weekend. I found five in a box of twelve to be going mouldy inside the packets. When I sent a message to them I forwarded photos of the items one of which was still sealed up in the packet. Silly woman at Chubby mealworms tried to tell me that the moisture was my fault. If it's sealed up how did it get moist in my home from inside? I've kept them in a pantry and this has happened only after two months. Something wrong with their quality control. Then she asked for more pictures. I don't think so. I know where this is going. Try to blame the customer and then get the customer to jump through so many hoops you give up complaining. It's fine, don't worry. I wont be buying anymore

I have been using Chubby Mealworms UK for about 4 years now. I buy all my bird food and some accessories from them. Great prices, good price, very quick delivery and fantastic products! Promises made are fulfilled every time. I have never been disappointed. They even extended their hedgehog food, my only communication to customer services! I highly recommend them.

Really good customer service. Ordered a mealworm feeder, which was a lot cheaper than most other retailers. Order arrived very quickly and well packaged. What more can you want. Would definitely use them again.

A fantastic company with top quality products. I have made three purchases now and very pleased - Chubby’s go the extra mile to make you feel like a valued customer. The birds are very happy and flock to our garden. Very quick service I have purchased calci worms for our resident hedgehog, sunflower hearts, peanuts and fat squares - all eaten without fail - we have had long tailed tits back after not seeing them for 5 years. Been using Chubby for a few years now. They are very consistent in food quality and price, I also like the suggestions and deals which give extra spending power. Customer service has been great when I needed it. The only minor downside is some of the bird feeders have been very low quality, additionally a couple of problems with delivery damage. However, I accept that some of this is out of the control of Chubby, but customer service has always made it right. Would very much recommend this company.
