Items Not Delivered
I ordered my items for a Birthday Present on the 05/05/26 using the 48 hour Royal Mail Tracked Service. The birthday was on the 09/05/26. The items were not delivered and the information on the Royal Mail App was not updated since the 06/05/26. The experience ruined a special birthday. I have complained to Royal Mail and Emailed the supplier today - awaiting a reply.

On behalf of Royal Mail, we are so sorry for letting you down, especially considering your daughter's birthday. We can see that your order was received by Royal Mail on 6th May. But Royal Mail did not deliver your order until Monday 11th May, a week after we shipped out your order which is incredibly disappointing. We sent you an email as soon as we saw your review.

waited 1 month for a preorder with weverse benefits(which is understandable due to korea shipping), ended up getting the wrong album version(not understandable after the wait!) can't even exchange because it's out of stock and limited but would like a refund honestly. However, great pulls!

We are so so sorry for our mistake in sending you the wrong version of the album and we would like to apologise. We have emailed you about a refund 💕 We always try our best to ship pre-order albums as soon as they arrive in the UK (estimated at least four weeks after the Korean release date) because we have to wait for the POBs to arrive from Korea before we can ship out orders.

I was very happy with the customer service, but I only found out about this because it took me very long to receive my package. However, the package came in great condition, and I got a cool little card and a postcard-ish thing with who I think Wumuti was on. Very happy with my purchase!

My first time shopping with chuchucherry and it was absolutely wonderful! The website is so easy to navigate and it's nice to find a store that actually stocks a great range of TXT merch at such a great price. Because it was a pre-order item, shipping did take a little longer than expected but all of the questions that I asked were answered promptly so I knew I had nothing to worry about. And the albums arrived in perfect condition.
It really was such a lovely shopping experience so I just had to pre-order the txt season greetings! I don't think I will be buying my TXT merch from anywhere else!

Chuchucherry include products that are not sold on other sites so that's amazing! They're super efficient with updates and shipping. Packaging is very good too. You can tell they really care about their customers. Will order from Chuchucherry more :)

chuchucherry has been my go to for albums since i ordered txt's blue hour and pulled soobin r (literally consider them my lucky charm)😭😭 this most recent order of mine happened to be the 5000th placed so i was gifted a free beomgyu panic album, and when i tell you i was THE MOST excited and grateful🤭💘 beomgyu is my ult/part of the reason i love kpop the way that i do, and i had been wanting his solo album since its release, so getting it by surprise like that was beyond lovely!!! 😙🫶 overall i cannot recommend them enough, every time i reach out via email the team is always kind, and of course my orders always arrive on time and safely packaged<3 future customer for always, my fav kpop shop
