Amazing people.
Fast response to email and concerns.
Great shipping time

I always love ordering from here! Such a nice store owner and my items always arrive packaged amazingly!

Despite being a preorder, contents were shipped swiftly and safely! Packaging was minimal which is a bonus for the environment. POBs are so cute!! Will definitely shop here again!

Ordered multiple XLOV albums from here, they were great with combining my orders and things arrived earlier than expected. Very sweet people with great service

Well packaged and order notes were listened to!

I preordered XLOV I,God albums, they arrived safely before the estimated date, and were clearly packed with great care 🥰

I discovered ChuChuCherry K-pop shop through their TXT 'a moment of stillness in the thorns' promotions, and I've never been happier with my experience ordering from a k-pop shop. Upon every query I had, they were more than happy to answer and assist. The ChuChuCherry team made the whole order process a comfortable experience and were lovely to communicate with - ontop of this everything was clearly packaged with care. ChuChuCherry will definitely be my go to K-pop shop from now on - it's lovely to see that it's made for fans and by fans! Excited to purchase again ! See you next comeback 👋🍒

Always love shopping at chuchucherry, I picked the photocard sorting option this time and got my top 2 picks!! Also got the Weverse gift which was lovely thank you!

chuchucherry always provide a wide range of products/versions of albums, package neatly and carefully, and strive to give you the members you request for POB sorting. I have been buying from them for years now and have never been disappointed. much love to the team!

Fast shipping and delivery and some lovely freebies too, thankyou so much!

My fave shop for anything kpop for years now! Everything arrives quickly and always packed so carefully, the extras are always nice too.

That and the staff are so great at communicating with customers, you can tell they know their stuff and want to deliver the best experience! They try their best to fulfil any requests and are really knowledgeable.

I got bts’ arirang album and was able to pull my bias for the pob!! Amazing shop as usual, great fair prices and it came packaged so well. Chuchucherry is my go to place to buy albums!

I absolutely love Chuchucherry, thank you for having such a wide range of selection!! 🩷

This is my third time using chuchucherry for my album preorders (Starkissed, No Labels, AMOSITT) and I’ve always received nothing short of the best service. The photocard sorting is transparent and reliable, the shipping is always free, and the post-release wait time is never unjustified. I dont think i’ll go anywhere else ever again! Thank you for everything you do :)

amazing customer service, sent freebies and was quick in resolving an issue with the order. i alwayssss order from them whenever txt has a comeback and their shipping is so fast :) tysm

I just received a TXT pob order from
chuchucherry and I couldn’t be happier! They wrote me a lovely note and added some incredibly special freebies (official pobs and postcards!) which I am so so grateful for. I just know they love TXT as much as I do! They always communicate any updates on delivery timing for preorders and have the best collection of TXT albums and merch I know. They are my go to kpop store and I highly recommend them 10/10!! 🩷
