Priya Dooley was always updating me on the status of the issue and was always willing to help. All errors were cleared and also advised how to resolve them in the future should they happen again.

Monica Harlalka Was a great help and got our integration working

I just had an excellent teams meeting with Harshit Pandey....he showed me many things that I did not know and he has helped me understand the system much better. I enjoyed the conversation with him as he was very polite and understanding. We found an issue in the system which is impacting on my business and is going to help me fix it....cannot get better service than that!!

I found the training very helpful. Talking to Jean was easy. She used her screen so I could follow what she was talking about. I asked her some questions and she explained in a way that made it was easy to understand. We discussed generating reports and I will now save over 30 minutes on 1 of my reports. Overall I had a great experience.

We implemented CIn7 in 2023 to replace an order management tool that could not manage Bill of Materials or Orders not made through Shopify.

Coming from using SAP and NetSuite which our company was not ready to make the investment in, Cin7 has been an invaluable to tool to our Operations team (of 2!) to manage our inventory, Purchase Orders, Co-manufactured Bill of Materials and Reporting.

It's been almost 2 years now and we are working on our second implementation for our European Operations.
