Horrible customer support
While trying to onboard they will give excellent customer service but when you actually need help they will ghost you. Terms and conditions were not cleared etc.

I've attempted to contact the customer service team multiple times, but unfortunately my issues remain unresolved. Even after being directed to technical support, the response time was significantly delayed. It’s been quite difficult to get in touch with the appropriate team
