The Company were very helpful and supportive and described all that we had to do to regarding insurance etc. The delivery man arrived on time and was helpful, and took our car away. The allowance of 2 weeks to use the car and if we did not like it they would take it back was such a good idea,also getting our mechanic to check it and if anything needed doing they would pay for it.

From the minute I decided that I wanted my car the customer service was fantastic. I was helped to ensure my car was reserved when my old car went wrong and could no longer be used for part-exchange.
Delivery was booked for a bank holiday Monday and it was delivered earlier in the day than expected which was fantastic.
The car is brilliant and all the service information has been sent through. I have spent the last 2 weeks ensuring I am happy with the car and other than getting used to a different vehicle it has been fantastic.

I found CINCH very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff l dealt with were kind,courteous.
Especially a young man called George. I cant personally get over how kind the staff were. Even the delivery driver was kind and patient.
I cant recommend it enough.

I purchased a vehicle from Cinch in March 2026. Within days of delivery it developed a significant fault with the Diesel Particulate Filter. The car has spent the majority of the time since purchase sitting in a garage rather than on my driveway.
The DPF fault alone took almost a month to fix. Once returned, further issues emerged I didn't even take the car home, leading to another round of delays — and then over a month simply to get the vehicle back into the workshop for a second look. At the time of writing, the repair is still not complete and no confirmed fix date has been provided in writing.
What this process exposed are some serious structural problems with how Cinch operates. Cinch do not appear to communicate directly with their appointed garages. Rather than taking ownership, each side points to the other. No single advisor takes responsibility for your case, so every contact means repeating yourself.
Perhaps most remarkably for a company selling cars, customer service operates Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 only. If something goes wrong with your vehicle at the weekend — as it might, given cars don't keep office hours — you are on your own.
Throughout this entire period I have been reliant on a hire car, which Cinch disputed liability for beyond one week — despite the vehicle being unavailable for the vast majority of my ownership.
I have now formally rejected the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and raised a Section 75 dispute with my credit card provider. This is not where any customer should end up.
Before purchasing through Cinch, I would strongly encourage you to think carefully about one question: what does your experience look like if something goes wrong with the car, or you need to use the warranty? In my case, the answer has been exhausting, drawn out, and deeply disappointing. Their slogan is "cars without the faff." In my experience, it has been nothing but.

Have sold me a car that’s done 50k miles, had it 25 days(just beyond the give back clause) and the power to the accelerator has gone.
Currently at day 3 without a car, no courtesy car offered and they have not followed up with the garage they promised me who would contact me, the garage whom I have spoke to myself have confirmed they replied to cinch 1 hour after the cinch request declining it due to having no availability, yet still no offer for courtesy car, happy to let me pay for the car still all while I will have to take time of work and not be paid due to their standard of care.
