Circle Medical has a fabulous physician, Dr Kellie Aarons. She is very thorough during my appointments. Her availability is great and she’s always on time. I appreciate how kind and caring she is too. I trust that she’ll take excellent care of me. Dr Aarons is a great listener too.

I needed to get my prescriptions refilled. I don't understand why I had to schedule an appointment to do this. In the past, I simply sent a message to the support staff using the Circle app and requested a refill. The most frustrating part of using your app and services is that we never get notified of these changes in advance. Please do better.

The ability to get an appointment when i need it instead of having to wait weeks or even months for a spot to open up at my local physicians office is so underrated.

This team originally diagnosed me with adhd. They are the ones who originally prescribed me adderall. Now tell me why, a few years later, when I don’t have an established PCP after moving, I make another appointment for a bridge Rx- on the same other medications I was before, and al of a sudden they “don’t feel comfortable” prescribing that medication. ADDITIONALLY they referred me to Grow Therapy - who Paired me with a person who COULDNT EVEN WRITE FOR THAT RX! THEN they barrage me with emails and calls to reschedule - I communicated to them what the issue was and they sent me to ANOTHER PERSON WHO CANT PERSCRIBE MY RX! STOP taking my co pay - it’s just cruel and tone deaf at this point to pass around the responsibility of actually giving me medication I need. To keep my job. To stay healthy. To work through PTSD. WHY WONT YOU HELP ME?

My experience has been great because Ms. Gussie Assam is always kind, patient, and very supportive. She explains everything clearly, takes my concerns seriously, and makes me feel understood and well cared for. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the warm, helpful atmosphere.

The NP that is taking care of my medical needs is great and has been very helpful in my health journey.

Dr. Julie has been more than helpful explaining all of the steps to being diagnosed with adhd and educating me on the prescriptions.

Jarrod was awesome. He was empathetic and knowledgeable. He walked me through the steps for my sleep study and put me at ease with the process. Having an at home test is something I’ve never experienced before although I’m very optimistic.

I had an excellent visit with Michael Elkins, PA. He referred me to the provider I needed and the fee was almost completely covered by my PPO. Elkins was patient, listened to everything I had to say, extremely responsive, and also followed up with me afterward. When there was an issue with the referral, Circle followed up with me multiple times until everything was resolved.

Got a quick appt. Doctor was on time. She asked all the right questions. I got my prescription after the 3rd appt.

Scheduling an appointment was quite simple through their app, as well as, uploading medical history documents. My appointment was exactly on time via zoom, and I was met with great bedside manner and thorough questions about my visit. I felt the Doctor was invested in addressing all my concerns.

The service is great and the communication is easy through the app. I have been using Circle for a year now. Decent integration with my insurance. Easy to ask questions through the app. The Doctors I have had are knowledgeable and friendly. The biggest issues are Doctors cancelling appointments. Once you find a good Doctor then the cancelling is less of an issue. I will continue to use this Service in addition to my PCP because of the convenience.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding Circle Medical’s handling of my account and access to essential care. I have been a patient for about a year. Initially, my experience was positive; however, recent billing practices have become unacceptable and pose serious risks to my health.

Over the past three months, I have experienced financial hardship. Despite repeated requests, Circle Medical has refused to offer a reasonable payment plan and insists I pay $578 in full before scheduling any appointments. I am able to make small, regular payments, but the company has declined to accommodate this. Notably, Circle Medical’s own policy states: “However, in extenuating circumstances, arrangements may be made. For clarification, reach out to our team who will be happy to explain our policies further.” I have reached out multiple times, yet no arrangement has been offered.

Additionally, the invoices I have received vary widely, with some charges up to $179, creating further confusion and financial burden. My insurance was dropped without notice, and I was previously charged $120 per visit, later increasing to $150, again without discussion or alternative solutions.

Of critical concern is the disruption of my ADHD medication, which has been medically effective. Abruptly stopping this medication without a transitional plan is unsafe. Sudden discontinuation can have serious cognitive and physiological consequences.

It is both unethical and unprofessional to deny care solely due to inability to pay in full. I request this matter be escalated to a supervisory level immediately and that a reasonable payment plan be provided so I can continue my prescribed treatment without interruption.
