Reibungsloser Ablauf und hervorragender Service
Unsere Erfahrung mit CityWohnen war durchweg hervorragend. Uns wurden mehrere Wohnungen zur Auswahl angeboten, die alle exakt unseren Suchkriterien entsprachen. Der gesamte Prozess war klar strukturiert, transparent und sehr professionell organisiert.
Das Team von CityWohnen war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Besonders als jemand, der aus dem Ausland nach Deutschland zieht, habe ich es sehr geschätzt, wie einfach und stressfrei alles gestaltet wurde. Ich hatte zu jedem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, gut informiert und unterstützt zu sein.
Die Wohnung entsprach zu 100 % den Fotos und der Beschreibung, es gab keinerlei Überraschungen. Auch die Übergabe und der gesamte organisatorische Ablauf verliefen reibungslos. Die bereitgestellten Unterlagen waren vollständig, verständlich und sehr gut aufbereitet.
Insgesamt ein äußerst vertrauenswürdiger und professioneller Anbieter. Wir werden CityWohnen definitiv wieder nutzen und können den Service uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das war eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Ich kann City-Wohnen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
City-Wohnen hat sich umgehend bei mir gemeldet und mir hilfreiche Empfehlungen gegeben, was die weitere Zusammenarbeit deutlich erleichtert hat. Sie sind jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit und reagieren sehr schnell. Der gesamte Ablauf verlief reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Ich bin zufrieden.
