I had great customer service from City Grounds after I made my purchase online. I had to make a change on my order from delivery to pick up and the rep was very helpful. The bike was assembled perfectly and the assembly was included with the purchase price. I look forward to my next purchase at City Grounds.

Easy ordering, ultra fast shipping-at the height of the holiday season!

City Grounds shipped me the completely wrong bike right before Christmas. Not even close to what I ordered. I ordered a Ripper and they sent a huge Quadangle that is way too big for my wife. Not only will she not have a bike to ride on Christmas day, but I got a bike too and will be riding without her until hers is replaced.

City Grounds has been fantastic to deal with. Before ordering my new bicycle, I contacted them, and all my questions were answered immediately. When I placed the order the bike was out the door and in my hands in Washington DC in no time. Since my original purchase, I have ordered through their website three more times and everything always shows up on time and in perfect condition.

Very satisfied with my order with City Grounds will definitely shop at CG again in the future.

My son was super excited and begged us to buy him the Super Flyer BMX bike. After seeing the price I was hesitant, but splurged since he needed a new bike and was so excited about it. My husband is an avid cyclist, has road bikes and gravel bikes, so he's very familiar with bikes. He assembled the bike and my son was able to ride it for about 4 weeks before the pedal just kept falling out. It appears the threading the pedal screws into is stripped. Contacted the company and they are denying the warranty claim because we assembled the bike and they are saying we stripped the threads, which is completely insane given the metal material. They also stated that if a bike shop had assembled it, then the bike should would be responsible. And they told me they aren't the manufacturer, so if it were a manufacturing defect, they would also not be responsible. So apparently they aren't responsible for anything they sell. Then I started digging and there are several other reviews across the various social platforms reporting this same exact issue. This is a manufacturing defect and any company who doesn't stand behind their $700 product after several weeks of normal wear and tear is not a company you want to do business with. Keep in mind the replacement part they want me to pay for is only $35...they'd rather bad reviews on social instead I guess. RUN...bikes look cool, but warranty and support are terrible. So now I have a cool paper weight in my garage.

I saved up rewards points for over a year and decided to use them to buy a CG hoodie. I ordered it and when it arrived not only was it a cheap Gilden Hoody it fit too small. When I email about doing a return or exchange I was told because o used my points I wasn’t able to exchange. Now I have no points and nothing to show for. Very disappointed in City Grounds with this ordeal.

Very ergonomic and comfortable for a 6' 4" person. light weight and not a back breaking tank. Good finish. Shipping was fast and I a going to get another one.
