The paint on the bike I received was chipped and some of the parts were very cheaply constructed for a bike that was originally $699. I chose to assemble the bike myself, however the instructional videos included didn't pertain to my bike.

I contacted City Grounds and received a reply from "Rosa" and received a generic response stating the bike needed to be assembled by a professional if I wanted to activate the full warranty but again I chose to assemble to bike myself instead of paying an additional $100-$150. I reached out again and was offered a care package ($70 value) or $40 store credit but I didn't choose either as I have no interest in doing business with this company any longer.

Was easy to place and order and it came quick. No issues at all.

Love the choice of bikes. Found one I had to have at this bike shop. Shipped from LA (Los Angles) to LA (Lower Alabama). It was fast shipping and I was very happy with my purchase.

I received the fairly fast, pretty good quality bike for the money. This my second bike I have a 29er as well. They have a little problem with fit and finish in the crank area. I have had too make some adjustments and clean up some fit too make the front sprocket run true. I think in my opinion they should pay a little more attention in this area . If someone didn't really know how to address this problem it could become a problem with keeping the chain tension right. With that being said they really should include axle tentioners so can keep the wheel aligned easier. All,and all good bike,just needs a couple of things.

my crank didnt work and when i when i talked to someone about a replacment they said it was my fault and and i hurt myself on the bike because of the crank

Bought a bike and then it went on clearance and cityground would not do a price adjustment. Ordered a lot from this site. This is not how a loyal customer should be treated.
