City grounds was spot on as far as price and shipping with the quickness. That said, UPS was terrible and at the end of the ordeal I had to pick up my own package. In addition, who ever installed the bottom bracket on the bike did so poorly and unevenly leaving me with a siezed crank. Luckily I had a new 19mm mid bearing set laying around and fixed it myself. Thats an extra 20 bucks. Haro/CG ?

They let my son and I ride the bikes in the parking lot. They where very knowledgeable and took there time and worked with us

I didn’t expect the bike to be so big when I first got it and it’s not a bad thing because I still really like it overall and have used it to go around like how I wanted and there’s obviously ways for adjustment. Someone there helped adjust the seat so it’d be a better fit for me which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend getting a bike from there whether it’s by delivery or it’s an open box. I enjoyed getting my first bike from there since they were really sweet and the bike was perfect! If I were to get one again someday I’d definitely get it from here.

Original bike arrived with a damaged box and slight bike damage. City Grounds didn’t hesitate to send me a replacement. This entirely was a result of FED EX mishandling of the package.

The shipping was a 5 star as I got my bike a little more than 24hrs after I made the order the next state over.. The box was I excellent shape with 0 holes or dings..The bike was packaged very good with foam and zip ties.The bike assembly was really easy. All I had to put on was the front tire and handlebars. The GT Performer 29 is a really solid bike..I'm 6ft and 280lbs and fell really comfortable on it..

Do not buy a bike from this company. We purchased a bike for my son for Christmas and he rode it until he broke his leg 2/3/24. He was not cleared to ride the bike until May where the bike remained in the shed. When my son started riding the bike again the right pedal fell off and it seems he may have stripped it trying to put it back on but because they did not assemble the bike they said it was our issue. A few weeks later we took a look at the bike to see what we could do and the tire fell off. We were told to bring it to our local bike shop. After $400 and my son only riding this bike for a little over a month we should not be responsible for this. This company does not stand behind their product. I’ve seen many many people having these same issues with the bike. Also whe. We received this bike it did arrive with a few scratches but I did not report this because it was a Christmas gift and I wanted my son to have it. If you do decide to buy a bike from here and you see any flaws please report it immediately. Other wise buy from your local bike shop City Grounds will send you there anyway to fix their faulty products.
