The delivery has to be signed for I get it. They we a day late . Then their pedal broke and said it was our fault with in a week of riding. The bike didn't come with directions to assemble. Not a good company they don't stand behind there product. Trash California bull $hit!!

Love the deal, the bike and overall experience from ordering to the convenience of being able to pick it up!

Only complaint was that cranks didn’t get enough grease and it’s a creaking nightmare lol

Ordered a bike online. Buyer beware, they will try and deliver it during the work week. You won't have any options but to be home to sign for it because the bike company requires signature. Then they ship it back and charge you for shipping. I called the shipping company per instructions and there were no options. I call City Bikes and they said they were going to charge me and wouldnt offer any other options. I can't imagine I'm the first person with this issue.

Friend’s told me about City Grounds. I actually purchased my first bike here on my first mob ride with a borrowed bike from one of them! Was pretty fun purchase and also made everyone in our party get a good kick and laugh out of it.

City Grounds delivered pretty quickly, and what was also pretty cool about the delivery is that my bike wasn’t just left there without it being handed off to another person. Delivery guy came back the next day, thank y’all for that, greatly appreciated.

left crank on my sons bike lost its thread after 2 month and they blamed me not assembling bike correctly. sorry folks i owned bikes for 40 years and i have Diamondback, Cannondale, Giant bikes and i never had this issues - quality of the material is awful. be aware these bikes looks cheal and there is a reason for that.

As a small business owner for 20years I am really disappointed in this company. I prefer to shop small business but am really angry about what happened. WE purchased a product from their website 12.7.23. Paid in full. Called multiple times to make sure all was good. was assured all was in process. Then today 12.14 after calling again 2x - found out they made a mistake on their website and we paid the price. If the manager would have called us back I may have been less angry - but we had to call over and over before they acknowledged their error. In my business if I screw up and I stand up and honor the transaction - that is what should happen. Not here - no call no follow up everyone screws up but the failure to honor the deal or even pick up the phone speaks volumes. We got a refund - but that company say on 600.00 of our money for almost 2 weeks - must be nice.

Is a terrific ebike everything was a good experience, only issue was ebike came without a battery, had to wait about 2 weeks to receive battery.

The bike was purchased back in June2023 and the front tire kept on flatting out We discovered that the repeat flats were due to poor material on the front tire and the warranty and their customer service is horrible.

My bike was great but there shipping sucks you have to be home to sign for the package which i counldnt because i work 70 hours a week i jest let it get sent back to them and never called fedex which never left nothing at my door or nothing i reorder from danscomp which the bike was 50$ more which saved me 14$ cause there shipping is free not 78$ like city grounds and there customer service is even better not this a.i. bullcrap ,,fix your website and give people the opportunity to have a scheduled delivery or to opt. out for signing for a package. Not send it to them and tell them you cant change nothing about it and your gonna charge them double shipping cause of there mistake,, worst thing is i even told them in the the order info there will be noone to sign for the package unless its deliver after 6:30 pm or on sunday..
