They don't deliver service you pay for
Send a parcel and made it clear that it have to be delivered the next day (Saturday)and payed for the service. I said if they cant do Ill drive myself and deliver it. They assured me it will be delivered. It was not and Monday when they will deliver the receipeant will be away. The parcel sould have gone to South Africa with Receipeant so not like I can just send it another time.

Proactive driver
I had left a sign on my door as I was going to be out when he arrived, the driver, Steven McDonald, saw my sign, to drop my parcel into a safe location and he tucked the note back into the letterbox so no passers by could get a hint to where it was left. Brilliant customer service.
