Excellent customer service by Joao (CB22-JOAO)
Joao (CB22-JOAO) normally does our city sprint deliveries and he has always exceeded expectations such as by covering materials that risk getting damaged by rain if we are not around, and by leaving the materials at the appropriate location for easy retrieval. Joao is always polite and cheerful.

Extra mile (well, 25 yards)
The delivery was on time but even better, driver PE62 Deividas was friendly, personable, and helpful too. He went the extra mile to deliver our bulky goods to EXACTLY where we needed them, rather than simply dump them somewhere convenient. Full marks, and thanks, Deividas.
