Courier John was friendly and helpful even though the boiler was very heavy he managed to carry it into garage for me

Barr was brilliant. Intelligent, courteous and prompt delivery.
The driver rang when he was 5 minutes away. This meant I was ready and waiting which helped a smooth delivery. There were high winds and fragile goods but Bart was creative on suggesting a way to reinforce and protect the polystyrene so that there was zero damage and a double quick unload.

The delivery driver was great
The delivery driver was great, and helped carry the plasterboard into the house, even though it's -4⁰ and I'm sure he'd prefer to be in his nice warm van.

This is how couriers should operate. We got a time slot the night before, driver called shortly before delivery and was polite, friendly and even brought our delivery indoors. Thank you CF19 BART.
